Ideal place to stay to explore Miami

Enjoyed staying in a Tower right in heart of Miami in a safe place. Stay was very comfortable for us.

Good value

good communication, clean & comfortable property, great location, functional amenities (garage, gym, pool). Hosts left a nice welcome gift which was appreciated. A tad small for 3 adults but we worked through it:). It would be good to have a nightlight for the bathroom. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Love the unit and the mgr was great-always available for questions. Really convenient to have parking on premise. Highly recommend.

Great View and Vibes in Coconut Grove

We enjoyed our stay at the Arya unit. The whole place looked like a virtual Zoom background--that's how nice it was! For once I didn't need to turn on the "blur background" feature. The location is great for just about anything in the Grove. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, which was additional but seemed to us like a good deal. Would do this again when we are in the area.

Everything we thought it would be. I had appointments downtown, and the commute was easy and uneventful. Walking the park and marina was pleasant.

Not as advertised

We arrived and were asked to complete the payment before the check in. When we received the keys and accessed the property we found a rancid musky smell in the bathroom. The overall upkeep is not as advertised. I left the property 1 hour after checking in. Host and property manager did not receptive with my complaint, tried to undermine it.

Lovely space!

This was a lovely space that was perfect for my business trip. The building has great amenities like the pool, and there are so many things to do within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Quick Weekend Trip

My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend in Miami at your place. It was clean, very quiet and comfortable for the two of us. The hosts are attentive and check in to make sure all is well. Check in was very easy and it was great to know that you had parking every day. The staff at the building were friendly and knowledgeable and were always smiling.

A weekend stay before going on a cruise

Everything was perfect for my husband, my daughter and I for the weekend. The room was a nice size and had a refrigerator and microwave which was great and the location was perfect. Tons of places to eat and shop only a couple of blocks away. The pool was also great ! Not too far from the airport, not too far from Port of Miami. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view of the water from the balcony was incredible. The studio is very spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. We did not have any issues checking in or communicating with the host. The host checked in multiple times to ensure our stay was going well. Highly recommend this place!

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
