Excellent location and nice apartment

Overall, our stay was great. Beautiful location, clean, quiet, with wonderful view. Close to amazing food.The only issue, was check in was a bit more complicated than we were comfortable with, including a great deal of communication outside the VRBO platform, and requests of payments outside of it as well. The reason we sue VRBO is to have all our communications and payments documented and secured in a single platform. This protects both us the host. If this is not going to be the case, these items need to be clearly and obviously indicated up front on the advertisement for the unit. Again, all worked out well, and our hosts were amazing. They greeted us warmly with a bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge. They communicated quickly and responded in a timely fashion.Would recommend again, but just ask the the advertisement of how the process is going to be handled be more clearly indicated.

Great location

Everything is in walking distance. Garage parking at the hotel is included. You're greeted with water and wine in the fridge! There was no wine, but this was quickly resolved by hotel management.

Great, clean, great neighborhood

We had a great stay, got to explore the neighborhood, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and cooked breakfast at the place every morning. Our only frustration was the size of the minifridge, which didnt fit our breakfast foods easily. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The property is in excellent condition! The view is beautiful and close to amazing shops. The dining options are fantastic. You can walk around easily. Ice cream at Narbona’s every night is a must! The kitchenette allowed us to keep some basics and make a light breakfast. Will be staying here again!

Absolutely Amazing!

Renting from Natalia and Silvia was absolutely wonderful! Our room was so clean and the view was breathtaking. We woke up our first morning to no water or AC. (Issue with the entire building). The water was on quickly, however, the AC needed a new transformer. Natalia and Silvia delivered fans to our room. The following day the AC was back on so they had our room cleaned and gave us fresh bedding. They were so nice and accommodating throughout our whole trip! They even were super cool to me on our arrival day when I wasn't in the greatest mood since our 3 hour direct flight turned into 12 hours and a layover. I would definitely rent from them again! We loved our stay!!!!!!!

Fantastic Gem in the Heart of Coconut Grove

Could not have found a more perfect spot in the heart of Coconut Grove -Miami. Steps away from the marina and the downtown streets of Coconut Grove. Beautiful Roof top pool. Don’t miss this one!

Work Vacation

Spent a few days doing stuff for work with intermittent use of the hot tub and pool. Great Location in the Grove within walking distance to everything.

Great unit on 16th floor of the Arya right in the center of Coconut Grove

The unit was awesome. Coach converts to a very comfortable second bed so perfect for small family. King sized main bed was also great. Great views looking North East over Biscayne Bay and the city of Miami. Very clean and host was very responsive. Will definitely return.

Great Location

The property was clean and perfect right for where I needed to be. It was in the heart of downtown Coconut Grove, and everything was in walking distance was perfect.

Our stay in the appartment

We were 2 guests and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment would definitely be too small for 3 people. With a child it is possible to stay there - in my opinion. The view was fantastic and so was the area. The apartment is not well kept and not a luxury appartment. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our time. .

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
