This wonderful home has a spacious living room, a beautiful kitchen and bedrooms fit for kings and queens. Whether you want to take a dip in your private pool, head to the beach or visit Downtown Hollywood, there is something here for everyone. A wonderful and elegant Sunshine State experience, able to sleep a maximum of 6 people. Most of the guests that have stayed with us have mentioned how pleasant and quiet it was. You can drive to shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes in mere minutes.
With Smart TVs & ROKU in all rooms, you have access to some great apps. Feel free to stream your content using a Chromecast device, which we will supply you with. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, oven, and microwave.

Also found in Hollywood: the Anne Kolb Nature Center, shops both family-owned and shopping mall-intensive, and restaurants for every taste and budget. But in the end, the dominant enticement is Hollywood’s beach, with a vintage feel and the distinction of being named Fodor's "Best Beach for Families." In recent years, Hollywood has become one of the best places to visit on Florida's east coast. While movie stars don't grace the palm-lined streets of this downtown, you'll find glistening beaches and a vibrant nightlife worthy of any A list celeb. Take that Hollywood, California!

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers 3 parking spots. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder's ID for verification purposes.*

Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.

If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses with more than 5 bedrooms.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 3 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10pm to 9am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
