Modern Luxe 2021Built Heated Pool/Jacuzzi/Gameroom

The luxurious and spacious house was built in 2021 and is perfect for those looking to escape the everyday hustle and bustle. It is recently renovated and enhanced by a contemporary touch, surrounded by colorful plants giving you tropical vibes.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

The house itself features many vibrant areas, both indoor and outdoor, which you will get to enjoy in complete privacy. Open plan living area provides a central point for entertaining gatherings, whether those are delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or fun movie night in the living room.

5 comfortable bedrooms feel like relaxation havens that offer hotel-like comforts.

Finally, a private and spacious outdoor backyard is filled with seating areas where you can breathe in the fresh Florida air.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, hot tub, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The area around the home is a quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of single-family homes and apartments. There are a few schools and parks in the area, as well as a few small businesses.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers four parking spots. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder's ID for verification purposes.*

The standard security deposit for our rental is $500 for any last minute reservations. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.

Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Please note: The previous hot tub shown in the pictures located in the balcony has been replaced with a brand new built-in hot tub within the pool, offering an even more luxurious experience!

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.

If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 6 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
