This newly remodeled spacious duplex is the perfect home for your family vacation or business trip. This duplex is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It takes two minutes drive to the freeway (I-35), six minutes drive to restaurants and shopping as well as grocery stores, 14 minutes drive to Country Club Plaza and many others. This duplex is very well equipped with everything you need with a beautiful private backyard and parking spot.

It can be tricky to get there sometimes using the GPS. So be sure that after you get off I-35 highway to 75th Street, you make a right turn on Kessler Line, and then you make a right turn on 76th Street. The townhouse is located at the corner of 76th Street.

Great stay

We were in the area for family wedding. Agent was great let us check in early. Conveniently located and clean. Had everything we needed for our trip. Would definitely stay again.

Cute, safe, and clean duplex

This was a very clean and well-stocked 2 bedroom duplex. My husband and 2 sons were here for a baseball tournament and didn’t want to pay hotel prices. This was much better than getting a hotel and much cheaper, and we could do laundry. It had all the necessities we needed . For the price, it was perfect! The only complaint and it is completely preference, is that there was no TV in the master bedroom and it was a small double bed. We nee

Weekend soccer tournament

We stayed here for a long weekend for my son’s soccer tournament at Garmin Olathe soccer complex. It was a great location and plenty of room for the 5 of us, great to have laundry and a kitchen for the weekend. Not fancy but clean and well stocked in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Great and Clean Place

We really enjoyed our time here and we found the place to fit our needs perfectly. My daughter and I were in town for a softball tournament and everything was clean and worked well.

Perfect Place to Stay

This 2-bedroom duplex is perfect for 2-4 people. It is nicely decorated, fresh and very clean. The host has thought of everything to provide for their guests. This is also in a very nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. The host responded quickly with any concerns or questions we had. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean and Contemporary

We stayed here for seven nights while in town for both business and family events. The unit was very clean and everything seems fresh and new (paint, furniture, appliances). We were very comfortable here. I was afraid we were too close to I-35, but highway noise was not a problem at all. Great little neighborhood, nice for a short walk.

Clean and Well Located

Super clean and bright with a large sit-in kitchen. Comfy beds and great shower. Fenced yard was great for our dachshund. Very quiet, but two minutes to I-35. Wonderful place!!

Great Stay

Such a great experience overall. The manager communicated promptly with all my questions and was very accommodating. Very clean and quiet neighborhood which is what I needed for my pre & post surgery needs.

Lovely home base for short business trip.

My co-worker and I enjoyed our short visit. Having separate rooms was very nice and the space was obviously newly renovated. The pascode lock has a trick but communication was immediate to solve that small question. The only major issue was that half the time Google maps wants to make you drive through the back yard for some reason...but that is out of the host's control.
