AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend. Close to all Universal parks, as well as close to a variety of eating spots. Very clean, and I appreciate the quietness. Especially when you’ve spent all day at the theme parks and you want to relax and recoup.

Overall great stay

Beautiful property and close to all the main attraction sites. Our kids appreciated the close proximity to everything we needed during our stay

Perfect location and comfortable

Definitely recommend staying at this accommodation. Was a large townhouse with everything you need and was comfortable!

Great location and super clean!

Property was conveniently located to all the Disney and Universal parks, the airport, the Convention Center and Icon Park. The place was super clean which for me is a must!! Enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

Close to Everything

Great central location for the price. With the 2 showers and couch/futon....3 of us enjoyed our time there. Theres also a nice lake view out back.

Great two person getaway

The title says it all. You are close to just about everything. The place is clean and has all the amenities you need like a decent coffee maker and hot water kettle. Communication with owner / manager was quick and efficient. Highly recommend if you have two people. Beds were comfortable and we slept great!

Perfect!

Property was perfect for the week we stayed in Orlando. Primarily there for an event at the Conference Center but it was really close and easy to Universal. Spent some time there on the trip. Very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was great also.

We checked into this property but left within 2-3 hours and checked in to a hotel. This listing boasts “Location, Location, Location” but our experience did not align with that expectation. As a parent traveling alone with my minor daughter, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property, especially for 4 nights when we would be returning late. Shortly within arriving during evening hours an individual operating a leaf blower came directly onto the unit’s patio. No other landscaping crew or lawn service personnel were present on the property so the unexpected presence of someone immediately outside our patio at that time of day was startling and raised concerns for us.There was also another concerning individual repeatedly circling the property. The community is in a very isolated location and our experiences made us uncomfortable enough that we decided not to stay. There were also maintenance issues inside the unit. The ceiling fan on the bedroom was on when we arrived - the fan remote did not work and there were no controls on the fan itself to turn it off. The tv remote was dead. The host did offer to send new batteries, but I expect things to be in working order upon arrival. Because we were only at the property for 2 to 3 hours and rushed out before nightfall out of fear, we cannot comment on the overall overnight experience. However, based on our initial experience, we did not feel comfortable staying at the property and went to a hotel instead.

We are sorry to hear that the guest chose not to stay; however, several statements in this review do not accurately reflect the circumstances. The individual using the leaf blower was our maintenance employee performing routine grounds maintenance. He was scheduled to work on the property that day, and his presence was entirely legitimate. At no time was there any safety concern for guests. The property is located within a well-established condominium community that is regularly occupied by residents and visitors. We have not received reports from other guests indicating that the community is unsafe or that they felt threatened during their stay. Regarding the maintenance items mentioned, the bedroom ceiling fan was operating upon arrival because it had been left on by the housekeeping staff during the final inspection. The fan and its remote were in proper working order. The television remote only required replacement batteries, and as soon as the guest notified us, we immediately offered to bring new batteries to the unit. Unfortunately, the guest chose to leave before allowing us the opportunity to resolve this minor issue. We take guest comfort and safety very seriously and respond promptly to any concerns. While we respect that every guest has different comfort levels, we believe this review reflects a personal perception rather than the actual condition or safety of the property.

Beautiful Space

This space was central to all of our business convention meetings, as well as outings. The downstairs shower was a bit small. The kitchen needs more functional pans, pot holders to take food out of microwave and oven, as well as the back right burner on the stove did not work. But overall the space was clean, very enjoyable, and easy to navigate to and from.

Condo complex

The complex is old and not well maintained. You can tell it was an incredible property at one time, but it is now in great disrepair— it needs a lot of maintenance and repair.

Excellent Location, perfect for our needs!

In town for a swim meet with my son for a week. Myrtle was great with communication, we got into town early and my son had a practice that afternoon. Myrtle was able to get us into his place earlier than the normal check in time so that we could get settled are him changed and ready for practice. The Location was perfect for our needs, quick to get to pool which is in a very tourist heavy area, but quiet for us to not have to deal with the touristy area for meals and entertainment. We had some down time one day and were able to quickly get to Disney Springs on back roads which means you can quickly get to any Disney Location pretty quick and Universal is just as quick the other direction. This Place was clean and quiet and if he qualifies for the same meet again next year I wouldn't hesitate to book this again if available. Thank you for everything!

We couldn't get in!!! we had to find someplace else to stay and, of course, paid for it. Called your office for help. No help at all. All your employee said was, "I cannot help you." over and over and over. It took us four hours to find a place to stay. What you offered wasn't even a hotel. It was an apartment building with no means of access and no office or anyone to help us. Never again.

delightfully decorated, super-clean townhouse

really enjoyed this townhouse located on a lake property... it was obviously decorate with an eye to detail...very charming decor.. super clean with very comfy beds ... it's a nice lake walk at sunset.... living room has a small small patio for a bit of outdoor relaxing...very friendly and attentive host....the only reason i give 4 stars for the location is for street noise from turkeylake road...i am a light sleeper and perhaps heavier sleepers will not have an issue with a few cars... double paned- windows would solve the problem....it's a very nice place to stay , though, and i'd consider staying there again....

Very clean property. Perfect Location

This property is in the perfect area. 15 minutes or less to Disney, SeaWorld, Convention Center. The townhouse was very clean. Very comfortable and good size for 2 adults and a couple of small children.
