Bella Lago Lodge is a modern boho style home located just a short drive to the Village area and local ski resorts and walking distance to the lake. This cabin is pet friendly so bring your furry friend along on your adventures!

Once inside this completely renovated home, you will notice the open concept living area, offering a comfy queen pull out sleeper sofa which converts to a sofa sleeper, large flatscreen TV and wood burning fireplace.

The living area opens up to the dining room  and kitchen. The dining area offers a farmhouse style table with seating for your entire group. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a standard coffee maker is provided.

Down the hall are the two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen TV and ample closet space, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, flatscreen TV and ample closet space.

Off the living area you can access the back yard. With a privacy fence and brand new turf, this backyard has all you need for enjoying the fresh mountain air. Sit back and listen to the sounds of nature in the relaxing seating area or sit in the hot tub and enjoy the night sky.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
