Great property and location in Sea Pines. Both house and pool were super clean. House is well equipped and included bikes, beach towels, etc. Property manager made everything seamless, and would definitely return to this property.

Thank you for a wonderful week for our family of 7 plus doggy in your spacious and welcoming home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities pool/hot tub/ping pong and corn hole! it was 2 minute walk to the endless beach and miles of bike riding. Host was very attentive to our needs and we would book to stay here again.

Perfect location for family vacation vacation

Perfect house perfect yard. Perfect location. Definitely recommend for a family and kids with friends.

Can’t beat the location. 2 min walk to the beach and a central bike ride location to all of sea pines. Kitchen and living area were great - perfect for family gatherings, playing games etc. Pool and hot tub were great too - nice big yard for our pup to explore while we relaxed on the pool. Very happy with our stay overall.There was an issue with not having hot water in the second bedroom bathroom due to a broken knob. The vacation company was quick to respond although it didn’t get fixed during our stay - guests in that room had to use another bathroom shower. The bedrooms were outdated but overall they were fine and everyone slept well. The screened in porch and the downstairs bedroom were both musty so we didn’t use those spaces. Highly recommend this property. It’s a nice quiet spot, close to everything and mostly equip with what you need for the week. Our pup had the best time too! He gives it 5 paws!

Pet friendly. Great location close to beach. Only inaccuracy of property description is that it reported ocean view from screened in porch and ocean was not visible from anywhere on the property.

End of summer getaway

Loved our weeklong end of summer getaway to this lovely home in Hilton head! Plenty of room to spread out and easy access to the beach across the street. House was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our family! Will definitely come back.

Beautiful home in a private location with close access to the beach. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Very clean. Only downside was the spa heater button did not work so I would have to call and ask the manager to turn on the spa remotely. The rental company was very quick to respond to our requests. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great HH Location

We had a great time at 34 West Beach Lagoon. The location is perfect. A very short walk to the beach and the pool was outstanding. The unit is older but had a great open floor plan upstairs. The room on the ground floor was not used due to the musty smell. Overall I would recommend the property.

Excellent location and great space for Thanksgiving Gathering

We enjoyed our stay, large rooms and lots of space for all. The fire pit was a plus along with the pingpong table and corn hole game. All worked but definitely showing their age. After calling the office several times, the hot tub finally reached a temp above 100* the last nite of our stay. Would rent here again.

Great vacation house. Great location too.

Great vacation house. Great location too. :) The pool and hot tub were highlights, in the great room was an exceptional space to spend time together. Screened in porch was excellent, as was the deck. Bathrooms have yet to be updated, but they are clean and functional. Amazing, though, to see what can be done with an older house and layout.

All in all this is a great value for Sea Pines in Hilton Head. Located just across the stress from the beach access without the price tag of beach front. Older home but well kept/well built and updated where matters. Sits on a peaceful lot amid oak trees. Dog friendly let us share this week on the beach with our little buddy. Great pool and outdoor space. There is fenced in yard around the pool though there are places on the bottom of the fence a small dog can get out. Other reviews warned that the 2nd king bedroom is not part of the main house. We went into the rental knowing we did not need that room. However, beware if your truly need a 4 bedroom home there is no access to the main home from this room without going up the front or back stairs.

Pre-arrival was great. Plenty of good information communicated and they were nice enough to let us check in a bit early. We had a few bumps the first night with an AC having issues and smoke detectors chirping. The issues were addressed the next day and it was smooth sailing for the rest of the stay. Great location, nice golf course views, and quiet. Close beach access and away from the crowded areas which was fantastic.
