PRIME LOCATION. This gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment with free parking spot in garage is located in the hottest area of Miami, Brickell. The unit is perfect for 8 guests. Walking distance from Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.10 minutes drive from Miami Beach and 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport and 10 min from Wynwood. The apartment includes 3 queen beds in addition to two twin beds. Each room has a 43 inch screen TV in addition to a 50 inch screen TV in the living room. This apartment is located on the 31st floor and guests will have access to all amenities. The building is centrally located and guests will be at walking distance from restaurants, cafes, bars, night clubs and more!

Incredible Space and Location

This property is wonderful and in a great location within walking distance of the Tram and great restaurants. Great amenities including a well equipped gym and an amazing pool. Words cannot express how great the property owners Monica and Marlon are. They're communication is impeccable and they are some of the greatest people I have ever dealt with. Great, great, great experience!

Great experience

Everything about this place is nice. Check was easy, communication with owner was always quick, condo was clean, views from balcony are some of the best. Stayed here a couple times and will continue to do so in the future.

Perfect Place

We were here for a bachelorette and had the absolute best time. This apartment was perfect! It was a great location, quiet but within walking distance from a ton of places to get lunch, drinks, dinner etc. Loved it!

Overall great stay and beautiful property. Monica was attentive and communication was great. Area was beautiful, apartment was clean, balcony was spacious and of course the view was unmatched. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pre-cruise stay

Great location. Nice apartment. Could use minor updates but was clean and host could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Easy check-in/out process. World stay again for price (4 adults, young 2 teens).

Great location, property manager was great

Was in town for a work conference with coworkers and chose this apartment in Brickell. Very convenient location within walking distance from restaurants and not too far from downtown. Property manager shared all information before which was super helpful and made the check in & checkout process easy.

We had a wonderful girls trip! We all enjoyed ourselves and our stay.

Location was Amazing, Near Restaurants, shopping and local Bars/clubs. I would definitely recommend. Short drive to south beach and lots to see and do in the Area. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Thanks again Brian and Monica.

The property looked just like the pictures. I enjoyed the condo. The view during the day and at night was amazing. I will definitely stay at this property again. It was clean and smoke free which was a plus. It is close to the beaches and nearby restaurants. It was a great vacau for my family and friends.

Great place in great location

We had a great stay at the property. It was perfect for our family of five. Impressive layout with three bedrooms and wrap around balcony. Views are spectacular. Perfect location walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery store. Pools were great too. Only downsides were a delayed check-in (the guests before checked out late we could not get in at our scheduled check-in time) and the elevators were knocked out for a day due to an electrical issue, which was a little rough for the 31st floor condo.

Wonderful stay in Miami

Upscale building in a safe neighborhood. Adequate bedrooms with a huge continuous balcony that connects sliding glass doors from the family room to two of the bedrooms. Brian was quickly responsive to questions. We even had the opportunity to meet Brian and his father Marlon. They were wonderful people who treated us very well. We would happily book again with them upon a future return trip to Miami.

Excellent location with very communicative owners

Monica and her son were excellent hosts and communicated with us the whole time. The only two issues we faced were needing our check-in code resent to us and the AC not working when we first arrived. Both of these things were resolved with urgency, however the room's temperature never got below 74*. Either way, the rest of the stay was great and I highly recommend the place!

Super nice, comfortable and very clean

A little late on my review, but this place was perfect for our family trip in Nov 2023. The property is exactly like the pictures. It's super nice, clean and very comfortable. The views were beautiful especially at night. Close to many restaurants and CVS is literally 2 min away. We had no issues checking in, but checking out was not pleasant. I had issues with the lock box so I asked the front desk for assistance and the young female teenager was very rude and responded with a lot of attitude. Fortunately, the other guy working there helped me. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
