Great place to relax with family or friends after a day of activities or traveling. We are located 3 miles from I-75 and close to Kings Island, Warren County Sports Park, many Hospitals, Miami Valley Gaming, Historic Lebanon, Shopping, Eateries and Parks.

We are located in a country rural setting, offer a peaceful private suite (in lower level with host living above) & use of a large front porch & back patio to view beautiful sunrises/sunsets & surroundings.

Large open suite with one king and one queen sized bed. Furnished kitchenette with dining area. A bathroom with shower is provided.

Smoking/Vaping strictly PROHIBITED !

- This suite is NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE !!

Suite includes:
- 75inch Samsung Smart TV with entertainment surround sound system.
- Guest Apps included are Spectrum Cable and Pureflix
- Guest Apps, for private login, include: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video,
Tobi, HBO Max, Peacock, etc...
- Guest Wifi (Download over 500Mbps/Upload over12.Mbps)
- USB outlets provided through-out suite.

- Keypad coded lock at entrance door. Code provided day of stay.
- Onsite parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles. (contact host if more needed)
- Entrance to suite does involve steps with handrail provided.

We had a wonderful stay! The suite was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host truly goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable, and it really shows in all the thoughtful little touches like the welcome sign, note, snacks, and water provided for the guest.They were also wonderful to communicate with and made everything easy from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great location. Very clean. Hosts are very friendly and make the extra effort to make you feel at home. Bed is comfortable. We have stayed here more than once and would easily stay again. Overall, a comfortable and hospitable experience.

Meredith and Michael were amazing hosts!! They made the check in / check out process super easy and accessible. The room was very clean and spacious, with lots of amenities for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home. The property is beautiful and we made the most of our brief visit. My family and I loved the landscaping around the exterior especially! We highly recommend staying at this location.

This was our first Vrbo experience and the bar was set very high! Our hosts thought of everything from plush towels and relaxing body wash to snacks, bottled water, and entertainment. The property and accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Very clear instructions for check in, parking, operating everything in the suite, and easy to get to. I enjoyed time on the shaded patio each morning before heading to Kings Island, which was only 20 minutes away. I slept better here than I do at home! Thank you!

What a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were amazing and we could tell they put in so many personal touches to make us feel like we were in a home away from home. My daughter and I came in for a conference at Oasis Church and it was wonderful coming back to this place of peace, relaxation and rest. We are thankful we booked this place and if we are ever in town again we will surely stay here.

Every detail is well thought out. Parking was easy, check in was seamless, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was well stocked, bathroom was spotless. This was our second time staying and I would definitely stay again!

This was the best VRBO experience from start to finish that we’ve ever had. The setting was perfect, peaceful, and accessible to our focus of the weekend. The communication was swift, gracious, and overly accommodating. The space looked exactly as it was portrayed and was as clean as can be. The personal touches with the snacks and towels and, and, and… can’t thank the hosts enough. And we’ve never met before! Thanks for a tremendous stay and the memories we made as a family. If ever given the opportunity, we’ll be back and stay again and again.

One of the top two Verbo‘s I’ve ever stayed at. The hosts attention to detail is phenomenal and she even had a welcome sign out front when I arrived. Literally three minutes from the golf course where we played. The space was open and welcoming and comfortable. Also had crackers and candies for the taking if you’d like.The communication was outstanding and they went an extra mile to let us check in early to suit our schedule.I plan on returning next year at the same time for the same event.Recommend 100%.

This place was heavenly! It was clean the staff was wonderful and it was very comfortable. I will stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here. It was very close to town even though its out in the country. It has a great country slow paced living.

This is a great place to stay close to Cincinnati and Dayton. Convenient to I-75. Warm, friendly environment. Responsive hosts. Meredith is great and lives upstairs.

Such a cute, comfortable space where we could all stay together. It was wonderfully decorated and had everything we could ever want and need. Loved the goodies that were left for us. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we're in town.

This is the VERY BEST stay that we have ever experienced with VRBO, which is why we keep coming back. The suite and the grounds are beautiful and pristine, with all of the amenities that anyone would need. The hosts are wonderful and so responsive to all communication. We couldn't be more pleased.
