Beautiful and spacious

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas with our family of 6, including teens and older adults. The house is exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The host, Arlene, is very friendly and communicative and the local property management team was responsive to a few needs we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect getaway

What an amazing property. We love to rent houses and this did not do us wrong. Myself, my husband, and two kids (4 and 13) spent Spring Break here and it was absolute perfection. Hosts are incredibly responsive, house is clean and beautiful, and we spent hours in the pool/hot tub and kayaking or chilling on the dock. 10/10 recommend and we will def be back!

Spacious Home with friendly property manager and owner

My family along with another family stayed in this property over the holiday. We found the property to be very spacious and had all the amenities we were looking for. The owner was very responsive to all of my many questions within a very short time period. My only feedback is the front bedroom mattress was too hard for our liking and so we didn't use that bedroom.

This is our second time staying at this property. The location and amenities are awesome. We definitely plan to come back for a third time in the future!

Perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect! Everything was even better in person than in the photos. Clean, HUGE on the inside, owner was nothing short of amazing. Communication was usually within minutes, everything was explained well, she just made everything super user friendly an easygoing. Will hopefully be booking future stays with them!

Wonderful Place

Wife and I stayed for 2 weeks, with my parents coming down for 4 days in the middle. More than enough room for twice that many people. Great location on a narrow dead-end canal provided plenty of privacy out back in the pool or on the dock. Easy to get to Cape Coral or Fort Myers and the use of the garage kept our Jeep cool and out of the Florida sun. Beautiful, large home, provided everything we could have asked for. Plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc. We also rented the boat separately, which was fantastic to cruise around the area. Overall wonderful accommodations, and would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful Home and Location; Great Vacation!!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was great as far as our family was concerned. We had three adults and three seniors in our party. The pool was the perfect temperature, the heating of the hot tub was easy to do and in heating it up every night it didn't go over the electricity deposit, which was nice. The property was just gorgeous and the house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms a good size. The house had loads of towels, beach gear, the lanai was gorgeous, quite private, and we sat outside as much as possible including when it thunderstormed a couple of times. The owner of the property was easy to communicate with when booking. Communication up to and theoughout our stay was fantastic. The property manager was lovely to deal with and responded to any questions promptly and helpfully. This property would also be great for people traveling with kids as there's lots to do and pool safety locks on the lanai doors etc. We've all VRBO'd before and we all agreed this was the best location and nicest house with the best property management we've ever had! Would DEFINITELY stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to stay near Fort Myers/Cape Coral. We LOVED IT.
