Remodeled beach house — Steps to the beach!

All you need to bring is your bathing suits! We provide the pop up shades, coolers, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, toys (including corn hole, bocce ball, football, volleyball, skip balls, sand castle toys, etc). Newly remodeled and furnished with brand new furniture and luxurious mattresses to maximize comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 king and 2 queen beds but can accommodate up to 8 with 2 full size inflatable air mattresses. It's a short 2 minute walk to John's Pass Village for all your entertainment needs including shopping, great restaurants overlooking the bay, wave runners, deep sea fishing excursions, parasailing, dolphin tours, and tiki hut boat rides! Other amenities include premium coffee maker, toaster oven, outdoor shower, large upstairs deck, outdoor sofas and dining table, and firepit to enjoy with family and friends.

Perfect place to stay. Great location and awesome host.

Blake was a wonderful host and the place is amazing. They had everything you need for a family to enjoy a stay at the beach. Location is great and Johns pass is a block away. Hope to stay here again next year.

Amazing place by the beach

Our family had a great 4 day stay here in Madeira Beach. The place was amazing and just as described. The beach is literally seconds walk away, it was lovely to walk down there every evening. Would come back and definitely recommend to others. Thanks Blake and Brian!

Great stay on the beach!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beach house. The host was very accommodating and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and fun on the beach. Will be looking to stay here again on future visits!

Fantastic stay

I rented this property with my daughter, best friend and daughter the same age as mine. This property is beyond perfect. Stocked better than any other property I have ever rented and the owners are fantastic and quick to respond. They have everything you could need. Steps from the beach. A few extra steps to John’s pass where they have all the food, drinks and excursions you could want. I will be back to the area and 100% be renting this property again.

July 4th Vaca

We had a wonderful time celebrating July 4th and my daughter's 22nd birthday. The beach house is beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

We loved everything about our stay! Great location! Just a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to Johns Pass which has all kinds of shops and restaurants to enjoy! There are plenty of amenities.There is plenty of beach equipment to use at your leisure! Blake was very accommodating when we needed anything! You can't go wrong with a stay here!

Perfectly casual beach house

A cheerful beach house very close to a beautiful beach! Well appointed and family friendly, a few stairs up to the entrance and a few steps to the beach walkover. 4 adults and 2 children slept comfortably and the kitchen has everything you need for family meals. Smaller parking area, but a huge lot next door and owners were very accomodating to our two trucks! We hope to be back soon and enjoy all that Madeira beach and John's pass have to offer!

Great Location

Great location, small cute little beach decor, a bit too small for a family of 5 with one bathroom. Had everything we needed, super nice and helpful. Very quiet and cute place, steps away from beach. Lots in the area to do all within walking distance.

Ideal Location!

This property has it all. Steps away from the beach and the famous John's Pass shopping/dining area. Directly across the street from the Mad Cantina (Mexican Restaurant). All beach amenities are provided, you just need to bring your suit. Blake (Host) was very pleasant and responded quickly to any texts.

We definitely will be staying again

Blake was amazing and very attentive! The house was beautiful, clean and very well stocked up! The back Patio at night was our favorite ! The beach was a few steps away from the house and we didn't have to bring any beach gear , he had it all ! The sunshades came in handy and were a must ! He even had two box fans which our a must for us , we cant sleep without our fans ! Overall We really enjoyed our stay !

Perfect location… perfect rental

This is our second time staying and we are now coming back every year. Perfect location only steps from the beach as well as John’s Pass. Blake, the owner could not be more helpful and attentive to what we needed. If you’re in the area, I would highly highly recommend staying at the little blue cottage on Madeira Beach..

The PERFECT place to stay in Madeira!

This house is simply amazing!! Decorated perfectly, and feels just like home! Blake was hands down the best host! The beach access is right out the back door and this place comes with everything you need and MORE! Between the beach supplies, house accommodations and the washer/dryer access it was more than I expected! Everything about this place is perfect! Worth every cent!! Thank you for the wonderful experience! Would stay here again 1000 times over!

Great Spot, Lots of Space, Great Host

Our family of 4 loved this place! The booking and check-in process was very simple, and the host, Blake, responded to my questions immediately. Everything was exactly as described. The house has a lot of space. Each of our two teens had their own bed, and the bed in the master bedroom was huge and comfortable. Winding down at night, there were plenty of spots for the kids to have their own space. My son enjoyed just hanging out on the back deck, which has plenty of furniture and space. The house had everything we could need. Fully stocked with towels and toiletries. The coffee machine was nice. The beach supplies are a great touch and the beach wagon is no joke. It's one of the really good ones that rolls on the sand rather than having to drag it. "Steps to the beach" is very accurate. Seriously like under a minute to walk to the beach access. The beach itself is nice, with beautiful sunsets. You can walk for a couple minutes to get to the John's Pass area, which has all the shops and eateries you'd expect. There are plenty of crosswalks along the way where the signs light up. The house was like 45 minutes from the airport, and an hour to Busch Gardens. The driveway is located off the main road (although Google maps lead us to the back of the house). Back into the driveway when you can; it’s easier to pull onto the road versus backing onto it. Traffic and people noise was expected with a beach house, but it there wasn’t a lot of it and it never bothered us.

Amazing! Peek-a-boo view of ocean and half a block to the beach!

Thank you Blake for your hospitality! This is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath fabulous rental that was deceptively spacious and beautifully decorated! Very comfortable bed. Everything we needed was provided - fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, and everything for the beach! Strong WiFi for both my husband and I to work virtually during the day, a spacious outside deck for my dog to people watch and get some rays, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach to take a break during the day and watch the sunset. It is a little noisy early in the evenings with traffic if you sleep with windows open, but we didn't mind. A little coordination with parking, but Blake was very flexible when we had friends visit for a weekend with a second car. Walk to John's Pass and multiple restaurants and shopping. Enjoy!

Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful destination Christmas at the property! It was an easy check-in and check-out process and communication was fast with Brian and Blake. Loved the house and how comfortable it was. The location is perfect. Right by the boardwalk, beach.....we had a great, relaxing vacation! Thank you Brian and Blake!

Excellent stay

Our stay was amazing! The house is well decorated and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tv in living room and master bedroom has access to multiple streaming services. Amazing beach wagon with large balloon tires and rod holders. Several people stopped along the beach to ask where the wagon was made. The sunshade was large enough for 6+ people. Tommy Bahama backpack chairs made beach visits super easy. Beach equipment room looked to have everything for adults and kids to enjoy the beach. The deck and patio area is equipped with nice couches and chairs along with a grill and blackstone. The laundry area was spotless and fitted with new washer and dryer. The property was decorated nicely and new plants everywhere. Everyone in our group loved the house and location. Blake is an excellent host and aims to make your stay amazing. Our experience with this property and host deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you so much, we can't wait to stay here again.
