I was very impressed by how sanitary and clean this cabin was. We have stayed in similar properties around the country but this was the nicest. There were little things I noticed like brand new shower liners, dish sponges, and towels separate for bathing and hot tub. The owner was very prompt in responding through the VRBO app, even when we had an issue in the middle of the night w the water(beyond the owners control, possibly our own fault). After we had gone to sleep after a long day of hiking, the owner must have stayed up to make sure the issue was fixed and by the time we woke up at 830am, the water was back on w reassurances that themselves or property maintenance would come back out. There are very few places that I say I would stay again but this is definitely one of them. We are planning a big multi family vacation in December and I plan to reach out to the owner to see if they have larger properties.

10th Anniversary Trip

We loved our cabin! It was clean, quiet, away from the busy tourist areas but an easy drive to get where you need to. We will definitely be back!

Good experience

Party size of 5- 4 adults and a 3yo House is Close to downtown Gatlinburg, 2 bedrooms both decent sizes, smaller walk in shower upstairs, full bath on the main, cozy living room with fireplace, hot tub felt nice and was clean. Overall the place is in good shape, clean, and as advertised. The mountain view from the back porch is blocked by trees mostly but can be seen on upper level inside. Neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy and they had timely responses. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience!

The cabin was very clean and as advertised by the host. The cabin is close enough to all of the attractions and far enough away to have a quiet sit on the patio. Highly recommend.. The beds were very comfortable The host was very responsive and checked a few times to make sure everything was going ok. We enjoyed our stay very much! Sitting on the balcony enjoying the sounds and relaxing atmosphere and the beauty of the Smoky Mountains was great! Thanks Biggi for opening you home to us and we will be back!!

Absolutely perfect! I loved this cabin! The Cabin was secluded but yet conveniently close to the strip making it the perfect place to stay for our short trip. The entire process was easy, and the cabin was very clean and cozy. We will be returning in the future!

Cabin in the woods

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was just perfect! It had everything we needed. A fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful deck with an amazing view, two bedrooms and bathrooms and the coziest family room to spend our nights with the family. The hot tub was a wonderful way to warm up on the cold nights. The location was on point-close to everything! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Anniversary

Myself and my wife stayed at the cabin for our five year wedding anniversary. The stay was amazing. The cabin is in a central location to all the attractions in the area. Very close to Gatlinburg, and the amazing Anakeesta. The owner was always available with whatever questions we had. Check in/ check out was very easy. Overall it was the best vacation we have ever had.

Great Spring Break in Gatlinburg!!

Beautiful location, only about 10 minutes to get down town with traffic. Very peaceful and quiet, hot tub was wonderful to get in morning and night and views were outstanding!

Perfectly quaint!

The home was perfectly decorated to match the feel of the surrounding atmosphere. Very clean and organized with a woodsy decor without be too cluttered. Everything we needed to help make this a wonderful trip was right at our fingertips. The host made sure we were well taken care of and was available if needed. We were looking for a nice private get away and that is exactly what we received. Definitely recommend this home to couples or small family groups.

Incredible Getaway

My husband, some friends and I stayed here right after new years for a quick getaway/baby moon. We had an incredible stay, even though I personally didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub, they all thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice, clean and comfortable. We all had a wonderful stay!

Great get away!

We recently stayed the weekend at Black Bear Falls! Super quaint cabin!! Biggi was great to work with. We had an family emergency, and we have to leave early. He was very understanding, which is greatly appreciated! The cabin was the highlight of our trip!

Nice private log home

Cabin is just short trip from the strip and easy to get to. Property is nice and well kept with some other homes in the area but cabin still has that private feel. Great experience!

Awesome Escape!

Great place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. This was our second stay in Black bear falls cabin community. Very quiet and private yet very easy access to the the all the attractions!

Nice place

We had an amazing time at this cabin! We are so thankful it was secluded, we never heard others and felt like we had the whole mountain to ourselves. Wish we could have seen more of the scenery but you can’t always plan where trees will grow! The cabin had a very nature friendly vibe with all the animals that enjoyed coming up on the porch to look inside (no bears tho). We enjoyed the hot tub a few times! We wanted to play cards but the deck was missing a few cards. No worries, we got by. Would suggest this cabin to everyone we meet!
