This place was perfect. It was clean, pool was absolutely fantastic for my small kids, condo had everything we needed, check in was a breeze. I think we found our annual place! We will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. My husband and two of our children had plenty of space, plenty of the simplicities of home. The condo was super clean, the balcony view was beautiful. The availability to use 3 different outdoor pools, 1 indoor, and easy access to the beach was exactly what we wanted, and what we got, would absolutely stay again.

We enjoy the comfort of this condo. This was our 2nd year staying. The hosts are wonderful to work with. We love how it feels like a home away from home. The pools offer a variety of options for our kids to wander around, the pizza from the cafe is awesome. And let's be honest what is more wonderful that a view of those white sandy beaches and the beautiful water!

We had a great week in Destin at this property. Unit was as advertised and very clean. We had a couple questions upon arrival, but the host responded quickly. This is our third trip to Pelican, and we'd definitely stay in this condo again. Also, it seems like the building has improved its elevators since our previous stays...so we never had to wait long. Overall, very satisfied.

This is a great condo on an amazing beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure return. The property has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and a great private beach area. The owner was very prompt at responding to any questions i had.

Great location, clean, well-maintained property and very friendly and professional staff. Minor issue getting into the room due to the keypad but staff worked quickly to get maintenance to assist. The beach is pristine, the café and tiki hut very convenient and location is ideal. Nearby shopping, restaurants, grocery and activities.Only recommendation for the unit is for upholstery cleaning for dining chairs and couch, although we didn't use the couch for seating as we used the pullout.The room is as pictured and otherwise immaculate.

Had an amazing time at the Pelican, we will definitely be back! Had a few issues with check in but the host was able to help and mitigate the issues for us. We will definitely be back next summer. Very clean & we enjoyed the large TV with football season.

We had stayed in one particular area for over 15 years. We tried Pelican Beach this year and it was amazing! We loved the property and the location!

Perfect beach getaway! We’ve been all over Florida, hell we lived there, but never Destin. So glad we took the trip, the condo, resort, beach, and area were exactly what you’re looking for when you think “Florida!” The condo has it all, feels like home. Makes it very easy to get settled and to the beach. Multiple pools, hot tubs, great access to the area, and lots of friendly guests.

Beautiful Condo!

We have stayed at pelican beach resort 4 times now but this was our first time in this unit! It was very clean, beautiful and great for our family with 3 young kids! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was perfect. Well decorated, clean, and very spacious. Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. Everything was in working order and there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. We will definitely stay again.

Great vacation and resort

The pelican resort and beach was great. Unit was nice, clean, and comfortable for 5 people. Enjoyed everything about the trip. Resort is in walking distance of several restaurants and activities and grocery store. We used Uber to easily get around and DoorDash to get groceries delivery. The onsite cafe and tiki bar was great onsite options also. Highly recommend

Family Spring Break

The condo was great and the host was very responsive to any questions. Only down side was the elevators. We only had 2 of 4 working most of the time, not the host’s fault. Overall a great spring break in Destin!

Absolutely Wonderful

The condo was just as described, newly decorated, great location and clean! It's nice that it's close to everything but set back off the main road so it's quiet. I wasn't sure about being on the 12th floor but it turned out to be really great because there was no noise from the pools or beach and with 4 elevators going to the lobby and an additional elevator going down to the cafe area, it was quick and easy to get downstairs. This was our family's favorite Emerald Coast and overall vacation to date and we will definitely stay here again!
