Emerald Towers 803 is a gorgeous condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Ocean views in shades of turquoise and emerald sit center stage in this stunning retreat. Relaxing is easy, take in the views from the sofa or loveseat, then catch up on your latest shows on the flat-screen TV. It’s easy to prepare delicious meals in the fully-appointed kitchen with all the essentials and even a few extras. Great spot on the beach. Very clean property. The property owners are very helpful. We enjoyed or stay and hopefully will be back in the future. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Air fryer and coffee machine. Microwave, stove ,fridge,dishwasher and washer and dryer. And everything else you would need. If you rent this one please keep it clean and taken care of more than your own home. I want to come back and it be just like it was.

Fantastic Condo in Destin

My wife and I booked this condo for our baby moon. The condo is extremely clean, in a fantastic location, steps away from the beach, and has a wonderful view of the ocean from your back porch. The condo can comfortably sleep 5-. The master room is a king size bed with a connected bathroom. The spare bedroom has two twin sized beds and the couch folds out into a bed as well.The Emerald Towers (where the condo is located) is very clean and easy to access. The community is largely retirees and families, so keep it in mind if your group likes to party. For us, it was the perfect stay. Tony and Melissa were fantastic hosts who were very communicative, extremely friendly, and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and visit.Destin was a great time to relax and enjoy a vacation with a family. There are tourists attractions but not so many to feel overwhelmed (Myrtle Beach). When we come back to Destin we hope to stay here again!We recommend Boshamps (very nice seafood restaurant), Merlin’s Pizza (2 minute drive away and fantastic pizza(, and making the trip to the Baytown Wharf and eating at the Ruby Slipper for brunch!

Awesome location

This place was awesome! It is right on the beach and they alsohave a heated pool. My husband and I enjoyed our 3 mile beach walk every day. The owners checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going good. They also left us a bottle of wine with some treats. Thank you so much for the nice welcome gifts. We will definitely recommend this unit to anyone. :)

Fall break vacay

Our family of 4 had a great stay! It was great waking up and being able to sit out on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise and evenings watching the sun set. Beautiful location with lots to do around. It was so nice being able to have chairs and an umbrella ready on the beach everyday. This was included in our stay, and made such a the difference! We would definitely stay here again.

Good, but electrical problems

Nice but there were issues. We couldn't use electrical outlets because the breaker kept flipping off. It was a problem especially in the bathrooms. Also wet towels were left in the washer, and the coffee pot was not well cleaned. It was good to have some things left in the pantry like plastic forks, etc. This electrical problem is dangerous and very frustrating and should be fixed right away!

Wonderful beach vacation

The condo was a wonderful home away from home for a few days. It was up to date and had an inviting atmosphere. With two small children it was great to have beach access as soon as you walk out. The communication with the host was top notch. Super friendly and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay Aug 2024

Beautiful stay, water was almost Caribbean. Hosts maintained good communication. Condo was clean with adequate pots/pans, plates, etc. for the 4 of us. A few things we noticed that didn’t limit our stay: -On arrival the front desk almost didn’t give us a parking permit and said the host took care of that -Mattress in main bedroom is very soft, like a waterbed and wasn’t comfortable for us specifically -Dishwasher needs mounted to the wall -Bedroom furniture in twin bed bedroom was very difficult to open and close but manageable We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the hospitality. Restaurant recommendations for those looking: Back Porch, Mimmos, McGuire’s Irish pub, Jackacudas, Surf Hut, Shakes (icecream)

Great condo on the beach!!

I have no complaints about the condo. It wasn't crowded at all like some of the other condos in the area. Very clean and the staff was amazing. Tony was a great host and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. Will stay again.

Relaxing with a great view

Great view, location and clean condo with space for our daughters and us! Would definitely come back. Property manager was checking in and fast to respond on any questions that I had!

Amazing location and view

The condo location is amazing and the view of the ocean is just perfect! We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony as we planned our days! The proxmity to HarborWalk Village was key for us. We love beach service and purchased a second set-up for our adult children. The weather was perfect (not one drop of rain for the week!). We highly recommned Charter Boat Stelluna for any charter fishing! We caught 11 species including TWO sharks! The condo was roomy and accommodated us well. Tony was super responsive to any of our needs! There were beach toys and two beach chairs for our use outside of beach service set-up which was nice. We HIGHLY recommended a dehumidifier as the condo was damp. However, there was a full week of rain right before we arrived which may have contributed. The elevators were nice and fast and there are shopping carts and luggage carts for use. Ease of entry to the beach with a boardwalk and showers. The pool looked great, but we didn't use it. I would stay here again and recommended you stay here as well!

Incredible experience

This condo was so perfect for our family! It was the perfect location and size. The beaches were amazing. Having the free beach service was such a great perk. We loved it so much we booked back next year. We cannot wait to go back. It’s truly our home away from home.

Amazing Stay

We traveled down from Ohio and loved our stay. Starting out, we arrived way earlier than anticiapted. I reached out to Tony and he informed me that the condo was ready-AWESOME! Everything was clean and convenient. There are several restaurants within close distance to the condo--a few great ones were AJs, McGuires, and Deweys Seafood. We were checked on several times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying in this unit. Elevators are right outside, easy beach access for all ages, and the pool was great.

Girls Trip

This property was very well located. Walking distance or short Uber drive to many restaurants. Very relaxing! Bonus was we didn’t have to pay for beach chairs!! Will return here again for sure!!

MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic view of the gulf and emerald coast. With the windows closed, you could still hear the waves crashing which lulled us to sleep each night. The sunsets were spectacular. All the restaurants were a mile or two away along with a fantastic Publix. We are on the picky side but found the condo to be extremely well stocked and the bed was super comfortable! The hosts communication was stellar and it was all around a beautiful stay. We’ve been using VRBO for years and hope to be back!

Best view/good communication

The condo was as described. Great view of the ocean and we even saw dolphins one morning! The residents we met were all so happy and pleasant. The pool was clean and heated and the grounds were well kept and pretty. Tony was very good at communicating and issues were handled promptly (replacing a couple lights). We would recommend this condo for sure!

Melissa and I have been married for 32 wonderful years and we have 3 awesome daughters- Rachel (28 years old), Abby (27 years old) and Sara (23 years old).
Rachel is a nurse at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN and is working on her Nurse Practitioner’s License at Vanderbilt; Abby has her Master’s Degree from Clemson University and currently works in Clemson’s Student Ethics and Conduct, Student Affairs; and Sara is graduating from Indiana State University in Elementary and Special Education.

As a family we have been coming to Destin, Florida for over 20 years and we absolutely love it. The white sand beaches and crystal clear water are amazing. We really enjoy hanging out on the beach and walking to the Back Porch for an occasional beach drink and after spending time on the beach. The Back Porch is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch or dinner. We also love to spend the day at Crab Island, Harbor Walk, Harbor Town, and Destin Commons to name a few. Other restaurants we enjoy going to include- LuLu’s, Boshamps, Fintail, Crab Trap, and AJs.
