They moved us to another condo. It was supposed to be better but we had issues with cockroaches and not working AC. The communication with the property manager was not pleasant.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to then deal with cockroaches and an AC that was not working properly. We also apologize that your communication with the property manager was not a pleasant experience. That is not the level of service we want our guests to receive, particularly when they are already dealing with issues in the condo. The condo was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The views from the balcony were great and the location to the beach and awesome snorkeling was great! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Communications with the manager were very clear and prompt. We would definitely stay there again if traveling to the Kona area!

Incredible home away from home! We loved it! Super spacious ,airy and conveniently located… One of the best we ever stayed over the years and around the world.. felt like home!Great communication and location.. Would stay here again and will recommend it to everyone!

Amazing beach!

The condo is spacious and has great views. The pool area was nice and the beach there is amazing. A great place to snorkel and watch the sunset.

Wonderful Accommodations and Location!

Really enjoyed this property and its many amenities including the pool and the enclosed lanai. Spacious layout, great way to end the final days of our vacation on the Big Island.

Location was great and close to bay with great view from master bedroom. Enjoyed sunsets each night. Unit was a little aged but clean and beds were comfortable. One bedroom has A/C and master does not, but we were comfortable with breeze and fans. Also the scuba gear and beach chairs weee nice to have provided by the unit. Key to pool gate did not work but we weee able to get key from local property manager soall was well.

Great place

Great location with beautiful views and nice breeze. Place was clean upon arrival and had exactly what we needed. Hosts were very clear on directions and were quick to respond to any questions.

Sunsets from the lanai and the beach steps away!

Wonderful location here, Kahalu'u is a great beach for snorkeling and easy surfing. The condo overlooks all of this and was a great home base for exploring the Kona coast!

The location was supreme- just a short walk to a snorkel friendly beach and a 2 mile walk to a boogie board friendly beach. The condo was clean and inviting. It was really nice to have access to snorkel gear and beach chairs, etc. (We contributed a couple of boogie boards.) The building is very clean and quiet and sound does carry, but we didnt have any noisy neighbors, or complaints. We enjoyed using the pool and saving money by using the BBQ a few nights, instead of dining out. This is a great place to stay if you visit Kona. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room and privacy.

Amazing Property

We were very happy with Kahalu'u Bay condo. It is spacious, very clean and provides a wide range of beach items, games and entertainment for the family. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for beach access/excellent snorkeling. The unit we stayed in was roomy, very clean and had beach equipment/towels for guest use. The property manager was very responsive although we had a little trouble at first finding the unit and getting in as we arrived after hours in the dark and the address given to us wasn’t the exact address so GPS ended in the middle of a busy road. Now that we have stayed there and know what to do, we would definitely stay there again-

Loved it

This place had everything we needed; water gear, towels, a full kitchen, laundry. It made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. The location with the best snorkeling beach ever put your doorstep is unbeatable.

Nice place, nice location

Location and unit was great. The only issue we had was the microwave did not work. Worked out as a great base to see the rest of the Big Island during our stay.

Best snorkeling location

Spacious condo with great views directly across from the beach. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Condo has all the necessities, beach gear, chairs, snorkels. Love the 3 lanais and 2 full baths. Building grounds were very clean. Ample parking.

Family vacation

Great location next to a snorkeling beach. This property worked perfect for our family of 6 as we had everything we needed to enjoy the island. We really only slept here and ate breakfast as we used this location as our hub to explore. Sunsets were great on the lanai and the ocean breezes kept it very comfortable at night. Communication with the hosts were timely and I would definitely recommend this location/hosts for any families wanting to explore the big island.

Great location--across the street from superb snorkeling, walking distance to body surfing beach, a few minutes from anywhere on the Kona coast. Clean, breezy, nicely equipped. We will be back.

Perfect location, Amazing view!

The master suite was absolute paradise! A corner unit with sliding doors on both sides, where you could listen to the ocean, the birds, and enjoy the most amazing view. Very spacious living room, and enclosed outdoor eating area. Being so close to the best snorkeling beach on the whole island, it was so nice just to walk there without having to worry about valuables.

Great location! Roomy and comfortable

We loved being across from Kahaluu. The condo had a great layout. The Master bedroom needs a set of drawers. Also, the kitchen needs some updating. New pots, pans, some kitchen essentials. Otherwise, comfy and relaxing!
