hank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home spacious, enjoyed the pool, and that the layout worked well for your group, especially having separate spaces for teens and adults. We are very sorry about the issue you encountered with the pullout couch linens upon arrival. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. We will be addressing this immediately with our cleaning team to ensure all bedding is properly checked and stocked for future guests. We also appreciate your notes regarding kitchen supplies and extra blankets. While the home is intended to be stocked with essential items, we regret any inconvenience caused and will review inventory to ensure guests have what they need without having to purchase additional items. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for rating your stay. We’re glad you still had an enjoyable visit overall and hope to host you again in the future for an even better experience.
