Great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Pool was great and great being right on the beach. Fun to drive on the beach to the house. Nice to have pool table and games to play. Kitchen is very well equipped with cooking ware.

Everything about the house is accurate, and it's a great location to escape to the beach. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants to get away and have their own little piece of the beach to themselves. It's far enough down the beach that the day visitors don't seem to venture up to this part of the beach as often.

Amazing place to stay!! Everything was perfect!!! Stay driving on the beach until mile marker 23. Then it’s just a little down in the right. Simple drive that way.

Awesome house at an awesome place

This house was awesome! We’ve been coming to OBX for years and this was the best place we’ve stayed. The house was perfect with tons of amenities. The kitchen is well appointed and tons of extras. We will be coming back for sure and this house is where we will be staying!

Stunning Location

We had a lovely 4 week stay at the Seashine house. The location was amazing and gorgeous, directly oceanfront with a private walk to the beach. The wild horses walked the yard and beach almost everyday!

A Wonderful Week

The house was well appointed, very comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed everything about our time in Carova. This property is secluded and best appreciated by families that don’t need to go shopping very often.

The house is clean and beautiful. The owner was very responsive. And the beach and ocean is great. There are a lot of jeeps who camp out on the beach during the day, so although its the off-road part of the beach, the beach is populated with vehicles. We had AWD which means you should only travel at low-tide.

Beautiful home and the views are spectacular! My dream came true when we saw the wild horses in the yard several times. Very relaxing week.

Serene & Relaxation

We had a wonderful time with our family. Our gradchildren were in AWE with the horses and the ocean! We enjoyed the games and puzzles. The house was very well equiped with everything you could need . It was very relaxing. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was absolutely amazing. The house the pool the views the gazebo the private beach access was all amazing. The Host was very attentive. I would rent this house every year for the rest of my life if I could. We saw wild horses right on the property dolphins sea turtles. Driving on the beach to get to the house was also an amazing experience. I don't have a single negative thing to say about this house or the host except thank you.
