Gorgeous Caribbean paradise with 3 private bedrooms w/ ensuite bathrooms all luxuriously appointed and fully remodeled. Sprawling living and kitchen layout perfect for larger groups to get together and enjoy stunning ocean views with direct line of site over to White Bay in the BVI, Tortola, Hans Lollik and Mandahl Beach/Salt Pond. The villa is equipped with multiple patio areas that allow the trade-winds to blow through the property for comfortable outdoor living. Huge Pergola covering the main outdoor living space with outdoor dining table/chairs. Look directly out at the turquoise Caribbean water with multi-million dollar views through the palm trees and down at crashing waves and sailboats passing by. Grab our binoculars and view whales migrating during the winter months. Step into the pool equipped with color changing LED light and relax all day with a drink and a good book. The pool gets excellent morning sun keeping it warm throughout the day. Built in ledge allowing for sunbathing or reading/relaxing. Step up to the upper deck and enjoy the lounge chairs and let the stress melt away. House is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay including beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach bags, beach towels, regular high quality towels, linens, extra pillows, soaps/shampoo's and bathroom essentials. Kitchen is fully equipped w/ everything you'd expect including small appliances ( toaster, griddle, coffee maker, keurig w/ k cups, blender) pots/pans/bowls, cups, glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, baking pans/sheets and a gourmet commercial gas range/oven. High Speed Internet/WIFI provided & SMART-TV's in each room with SLING cable service & equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more. House is equipped with Solar Panels and Tesla Battery Back Up system to maintain electrical service during any outages that could occur. High end 5 stage water purification onsite with Ultra Violet & reverse osmosis filtering. The Villa is gorgeously landscaped with flowering plants, palms, fruit trees, and tropical underbrush. Home is very private with no line of site views from any other homes for a truly secluded feel. Driveway is well lit with photo-eye lighted path and motion sensing LED lights at entrances. 7-10 minute drive to Magens Bay Beach which is one of the top 10 beaches in the world. 3 minute drive to Mandahl beach and Salt Pond which is like a natural pool the whole family will enjoy. Book this place!!

This place is absolutely incredible! Our group has traveled quite a bit, and even visited the island before, but nothing compares to this stay. The views are truly beyond words, and the home itself was incredibly comfortable with plenty of space for both privacy and quality time with extended family. We won’t stay anywhere else in St. Thomas when we come back!

Just wow! Good Vibes Villa is so beautiful. We had the best time here-3 couples each with their own suites. The property is stunning and is equipped with anything you could possibly need. We used all of the beach chairs/floats to take to Meghan’s Bay which is close to the villa. You definitely need a car and someone with courage to drive. The roads a twisty and steep but definitely doable once you’re used to it. Don’t hesitate to stay here—hosts are responsive and kind.

Heaven on earth

This villa was so perfect in every way that any place I stay in the future will pale in comparison. The pics DO NOT do it justice. It was phenomenal. Also, Ryan was so patient when I had to call regarding a locked door (it was my fault) and helped resolve the issue quickly and kindly. Book it now. You will not regret.

The villa has the most spectactular views of anywhere you would travel. The villa was very clean and was appointed with all our needs, from dishes to bath towels and kitchen necessities. I would stay there again.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed in this villa to celebrate my 40th birthday. The views were incredible. We spent a good 15-20 mins in awe of the scenery once we arrived. We had everything we needed and the hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. The cabinets in the kitchen have labels for what’s inside and this was a huge help. That’s something you don’t think about until you’re opening everything to find a pan lol If you’re looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is it! 1000% would stay here again.

Pure Relaxation

My family of 6 travelled to Good Vibes Only with another family of 4, 6 kids in total. Our stay was amazing! The home was well stocked from kitchenware to pool/beach supplies. The view was breathtaking! Separate entrances to rooms allowed us privacy while the central spaces were great for hanging out. AC was available but we just opened the doors and let the ocean breezes cool us! Laundry was a nice bonus with two sets of washers and dryers so no one had to wait! Hosts were responsive! If you're thinking about staying in St Thomas, Good Vibes Only is a must!

Dream vacation villa

We just left good vibes villa and can’t say enough about this beautiful place! The views were incredible and we loved ending each day out at the porch taking in the views from the north shoreline. Each room is separate from the main living area/kitchen but very easy to access and close. Rooms are very spacious and clean. We had our groceries delivered before we arrived and the owners coordinated with them promptly for villa access. The roads are a little treacherous to drive, but we managed to just fine. We hope to stay here again one day!

STUNNING VIEW with ULTIMATE PRIVACY!

Where do I begin? My husband and I and two other couples were looking for a place to relax, bask in the peace and quiet of secluded island, experience the breathtaking beauty of island waters and wave, have three suites suitable for couples and a must was king size beds. This location had it all! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed! The owners do not skimp on items we have often times had to purchase (paper towels, foil, spices, etc). The VIEW from the living room is spectacular! Open all the sliding doors and allow the island breeze to fill this space coupled with the relaxing sounds of the clashing waves just below the property. I highly recommend renting a vehicle as taxis aren't as easy to come by on this side of the island. We will be back for sure!

Amazing Location

Good Vibes Only was absolutely perfect in every way. Ryan and Roxy made the process so easy and were super quick to respond with any questions. The privacy of each suite/bedroom is excellent. If you love the sound of the ocean and one of the best views on the Island, this is the place for you!. You will def need your own vehicle. Everything else, other than groceries, is provided. Upon arrival the property was spotless. We can't wait to go back again!

Stunning property

We had a fantastic stay! The place was absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning. It was more than enough room for the 8 of us. Each bedroom has a king size, comfortable bed and its own bathroom. The dining area was perfect for us all to eat together and the living area was great for lounging. We also made good use of the pool, there was always someone in it! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, including coffee and filters. The check in process was easy and the communication was excellent. We would most certainly stay here again!

Picturesque Oasis

This home was amazing. The privacy between each of the bedrooms is great for adults. The views are unmatched, watching the sunrise and hearing the waves crashing against the shore! The drive into the driveway is a bit dramatic, as the home does sit atop the mountain. However, the hosts provides excellent instructions on how to park. I will definitely be a returning guest to this home with amazing hosts!

2024 Family Trip

This villa is amazing! The host Ryan was very accommodating to our needs and extremely prompt at answering any questions we had. The pictures that are posted do not do this villa justice. This place is simply amazing and need to be seen first hand. The views are breathtaking! Sitting outside on the veranda sipping coffee every morning while watching the sunrise was an experience like no other. As a funny story though, as we arrived we immediately found the 2 bedrooms to give our children the opportunities to pick which room they wanted and then immediately became puzzled. We booked this site as it stated 3 bedrooms, we could only find 2. Now I started questioning myself, did we make a mistake. Immidiately looking at the listing, sure enough, 3 bedrooms. Now we were really confused as we investigated of what we thought the was the entire property and still no 3rd bedroom. Just as I was about to reach out to Ryan the host, we decided to go out the one door we had not explored yet. Out this door was some steps leading to another deck with an incredible view as well. Sure enough, we finally found the missing room. LOL! This Villia is all that it is claimed to be and so much more. It is very nicely located in the center of the island and near all of the attractions. Magans Bay Beach was very beautiful and not nearly as busy as we expected it to be. Having a rental vehicle is key to get around the island. Thank you again Ryan for the stay!!!

Post-sailing trip respite

After 7 days crewing our own catamaran around the BVIs, it was a gift to wind down our trip in Good Vibes Only! Place is just as pictured and our 3 distinct groups loved the privacy offered by each of the bedroom suites. We cooked-in every meal and only wish there was a grill - but understand the harsh saltwater weather would make one rust quickly. Comfy beds, great AC/ceiling fans, and a pool view that allowed us to kick back and watch the weather roll in and out with a cocktail in hand. If you don’t rent a car, Kedith will be your best friend for transportation. Just give her ample notice as she’s a busy lady! You won’t be disappointed.

Breathtaking views

Exceeded our expectations. The sound of the waves crashing put us all in a great state of mind. We even saw dolphins and a whale while relaxing in the pool area. Honestly couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect property!

This was our first trip to St. Thomas and this property was just perfect! We had a total of 8 between 2 families. The layout was perfect to accommodate us. We had privacy in the spread-out bedrooms but also had great areas to all socialize together. Everything was clean and well stocked. Communication with host was really good - emailed questions were answered within a day. They also provided really good information about the house as well as the island. Of course views were incredible!! If we come back we would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic accommodations

Took a trip with my family (7 of us total). The home was perfect for our stay. The accommodations more than met outlet needs and the host were fantastic with their follow up. If you are looking for relaxation and away from the highly tourist areas, this place won’t disappoint. You can get to many attractions within 10-15 mins. It’s more than worth the experience you think you will have!

One amazing waterfront vacation villa

We had such an amazing stay for our week long vacation at “Good vibes only”. To start off the views were breathtaking, looking from the living room it almost feels like you are on top of the water. You have views of the British Virgin Islands from every room and balcony. It is so peaceful hearing the waves and watching the water from the property. We felt as if we were on our own private island! We had a few questions and got immediate responses from the host. The pool was a bit foggy when we arrived, so we let Ryan know of this issue and no joke within 10-15 minutes a pool guy was there to fix the problem. We were blown away. The pool guy fixed the pump and the pool was crystal clear within an hour. We highly recommend staying here! It is secluded and off the beaten path, so make sure you have transportation accommodations planned. A welcome pack was given which had great resources. We can’t wait to be back!

Amazing!

This property was definitely the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at. The home had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked and labeled kitchen as well as beach toys for the kids. Definitely a plus having two sets of laundry machines with our large family. The stunning views made it hard to leave. We'll definitely be back!

The kitchen is well appointed for a large group and each bedroom is exquisitely remodeled and set up for your stay. The pool & deck areas are truly stunning with panoramic views, trade-wind breezes, and lots of sunshine. Spend the day relaxing in your own oasis. We built a huge pergola for relaxing in the shade on the covered patio listening to some music or reading a good book. Lush landscaping surrounds the property and the sounds of crashing waves can be heard from every corner of the property.
