Great property. Gold cart is a big plus. Lived having the screened in area for sitting and relaxing after a long day to keep the bugs away

Very nice place. Clean, plenty of room, golf cart was super nice going to and from beach. We had everything we needed for a long weekend vacay.

Home away from Home

The house was amazing. Had everything and more that we needed to enjoy a vacation. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Would for rent this house again.

Perfect location!

Location was perfect, 5-10 minute walk to the beach, but could take the golf cart right to the beach as well. Beach wasn’t too crowded and dog friendly. House was clean and cozy, perfect set up for our group of 8. Host was very responsive and quick to rectify any issues. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect quiet location

We could not have been happier with our stay at Dreams Come True. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. The property is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and community pool. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available.

Fantastic Stay & Amazing Host

Amazing property & Host!! From the moment we started commenting & having questions the Host was very quick to respond and went out of there to make sure our stay was Amazing!! They went above and beyond what a host should be and do for their clients!! I would stay here over & over again and would Highly recommend this Host & property!

Check-in was easy, and the host was great with communication throughout our stay. The house was clean when we arrived, but overall it wasn’t as clean as I expected for the price. We found some dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the extra blankets were dirty as well. Not all of the TVs in the bedrooms worked, and the beds were very uncomfortable, hard with springs you could feel. The golf cart was a nice courtesy, but it was small for a house that sleeps this many people, and considering the cost of the rental, I expected something a little better. Overall, we still had a good vacation, but I think there are a few things that could be improved for future families.

Dreams Come True - Great Experience

Enjoyed staying at this house. Very clean, great location, and excellent communication with the owner. Having the golf cart made it easy back and forth to beach. Hope we get an opportunity to stay here again! Thank you!

Close but Quiet

Great location and perfect for our family. The beach is around five minutes away but the golf cart made it easy for transporting to and from the beach! We drove from different areas so having parking for five vehicles was a must! The house was wonderful and the host was excellent, making sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend staying there if in the area!

We had our 3 adult children and their families, and our 12 yr old son with us on our stay. Everything was amazing the golf cart was a nice bonus and the grandbabies loved going for rides on it. The house was perfect, we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the kids loved the screened in play area especially the swing that was a hit with my 18 month old grandson. The extra toys and beach gear were very much appreciated and cut down on our packing. The tubs were great for soaking and bathing the babies. The only request I would have is the fridge is a little small for a house that holds 11 people we needed to shop a few different times as we didn't have room to shop for a week's stay and feed 11 people. Overall this was an AMAZING family Vacation and we would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect!

Our family of 6 loved this house! Very clean, awesome master bath, comfortable commons area for visiting and relaxing. Loved that the table was big enough for everyone to eat together. Having access to the golf cart to go to the beach was awesome! The rooms are spread out and allows everyone their privacy. I would highly recommend this house for a great vacation!!

Awesome property with lots of amenities!

Loved how close this property was to the pool! The golf cart was super helpful getting to the beach. We cooked almost every night and kitchen was setup well for that. WiFi and fire sticks made watching TV in all rooms a breeze. Kids loved playing the board games that were there as well. The screened in porch was great for morning breakfast! Would highly recommend for families with several kids or a couple of families w/ 2-3 kids.

Wonderful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay... even my 3 year old said she wanted to stay at that house lol. House was very clean. Kitchen was truly fully stocked. Dawn had thought of everything... down to make up towels and all the right small size toiletries you may have forgotten. Plenty of extra sheets and bedding along with a fold out mattress which was perfect for the toddler. Wifi... I truly hoped we are blessed to be able to return another year. You won't be disappointed!!

Perfect house and host!

Let me start off by saying Dawn was amazing. She accommodated our last minute request when our reservation with another host fell through. With two families and two dogs stuck, she let us go right over. The house was perfect - close enough to the beach that we could walk up each day. It was extremely clean and fit our needs. Only part we were bummed about was the golf cart was not working. Dawn was always available and answered my inquiries immediately. Would definitely stay at this Coastal Cottage again!! Thanks Dawn for saving our family vacation!

Great place to stay!!!! Master bathroom shower was the best shower I've ever experienced. Location is in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the pool and beach. Beach is beautiful and very quite. Definitely recommend this location!!!

Family Spring Break!

It was perfect for us. The property was very clean and spacious. The family just enjoying time spent together in a laid-back atmosphere. Quite and away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to run to the store or restaurants. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had an issue with the hot water and Dawn made sure it was fixed as soon as soon as possible. She was super responsive and made sure we had a great experience. We would highly recommend this home. Perfect for large family gatherings! We'd love to come back again!
