Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay didn't meet expectations. The conditions you describe- worn carpets, stained furniture, mold, and equipment issues- fall well short of our standards, and we take this seriously. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address these concerns. We hope to welcome you back to a properly maintained property in the future.
