We enjoyed our time in this unit! The view is incredible. Short walk to beach. Close to good restaurants and shops. Easy check in. Lots of parking. Highly recommend staying here!

Great experience. Property was clean, check-in and out process was seamless, security on site was very helpful. Very close to the plaza and a great view. Our only complaint would be that the bed in the main room is definitely showing some wear and starting to sink on the middle.

The room was clean and had a great view. shops nearby. However the bed was horrible it sunk in the middle, the owner sent a mattress cover that we had to put on. Never did anything about the fan or couch.The bed was still horrible very uncomfortable. Also the fan in the bedroom made a clunking noise. The couch in the living was cheep, worn out, very uncomfortable and the fabric was scratchy. We had to put our beach towels on the couch to sit on it.We never thought a condo that was "newly remodeled' would have a worn out /old couch and mattress. So when we wanted to relax, watch TV or go to bed the condo offered very little comfortability.

Great Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wife and I loved the unit! We've been coming to HHI for about 15 years and this was the nicest place we've stayed. Unit was very modern and updated, and very clean. They replaced the hallway bunk beds with a wine/coffee bar with a wine fridge which was very nice. Nice quiet location and direct ocean front. Two comfy chairs on the balcony. Also nice that it came with 4 brand new beach chairs as well as 2 rental bikes. Short walk to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, bars, Piggly Wiggly and a liquor store to stock up. Also nice that it has a guard gate, and staff was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay ocean front on Hilton Head Island!

Wife and I loved the unit! We've been coming to HHI for about 15 years and this was the nicest place we've stayed. Unit was very modern and updated, and very clean. Best host! One of the best locations. Can see the sunrise from the balcony and the beach. Easy walk to many restaurants and stores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and security Ebony and Scott were so helpful. They really made you feel safe and helpful for anything you needed. Great location. We did have a curtain rod fall in the middle of the night which is obviously random and out of their control but maintenance was on site within an hour to fix on our checkout day to ensure the next guest was all set. Very impressive. Extra beach chairs was an extra plus.

The balcony view was very pretty. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were in an ideal location for enjoying walks on the beach and Coligny Plaza.

Break from the cold........

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had a great location and all of the amenities were accurate and as described. My only suggestion would be to install some hooks in the bedroom and in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels, as the closet space is limited. Other than that, it was everything we expected and hoped.

Relaxing Getaway

This is our second trip to this group of condos. We love the convenience of the location, the great views of the ocean, and the condos have been very nice. Communication was great throughout our trip with great instructions provided through a texted link. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location

Condo was very clean. The location was perfect. We could walk or bike ride wherever we wanted to go. Restaurants and shopping are right across the street.

They came out on Saturday to fix the issue however it was not fixed properly. The water coming from the tub/shower never got hot but could get hot water from the sinks.
