This condo is a great spot to relax in the sun with its beachfront location, ocean view, and beach chairs.
Amenities such as air conditioning, an elevator, and a balcony will help make your beach stay easy and pleasant. Spend an evening relaxing by the on-site fire pit, in the Hilton’s hot tub, heated pool, playing corn-hole, ping pong, or taking a nap in a hammock during your visit. In addition, enjoy nearby activities such as golfing, boating, and jet skiing.
The villa is located in South Forest Beach 0.5 miles from popular Coligny Circle on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the amenities of the Ocean Oak Hilton without their prices and fees. This place was amazing!!! Perfect for my husband and I and our 14 month old. Having access to the amenities of Hilton grand ocean oak resorts couldn’t have been better. Super easy access to the beach and the pool was so nice. Our 14 month old really loved it! The parking, check in, everything was so simple. I would def recommend this stay to other small families!

The location was great and the unit was very clean. We enjoyed our time very much and the host was very responsive. We loved that it included a lot of towels and beach gear.

Fantastic stay! Quaint condo right on the beach with room for 2 adults and 2 small children with 2 bunks and pull out couch. Loaded with all supplies needed. Jason, the owner responded to all questions we had immediately. Definitely would stay again. Loved the 2 pools, hot tubs and all amenities.

Great location and amenities. Condo is small but similar to others I have stayed in. It is perfect for 2 people and 1 child. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

This is the best deal on the island! We had everything we needed in our condo and all of the amenities and activities that the Hilton has to offer. The pool and beach were so beautiful, we never wanted to leave! Quick bike ride to Coligny each night for ice cream and each morning for breakfast. We will definitely be back!

everything was enjoyable. 1 evening the hottub was not quite as warm as previously and not warm enough. The friendly staff at the checkin area and concierge were helpful, when we had questions about parking, pool hours and location of the gym. The bed was cozy and the air/heating was great!

Cozy, great locations, great amenities

Very nice place, short walk to coligny. Ample parking and great pool/hot tub on the beach. Condo was tight but very well equipped, kitchen wise and lots of beach equipment.

Beach long weekend getaway

We had a nice stay. Jason was accommodating and responsive to my questions. It is in a good location and having the Hilton amenities is a plus. I’ve been coming to HHI for more than 30 years and I would stay here again.

Perfect location and amenities!

Just the right size for our stay - amazing pool and right on the beach. The bedroom was the perfect size to put a pack n play right next to the bed and that room stayed nice and dark during the day for nap times for my toddler.

Great spot and rental is perfect! Jason is a great host - communication is 5 stars. Unit was great including proximity to the beach, pool, and Cologne beach.

Nice little place!

The condo is located adjacent to the Hilton Ocean Oaks with access to a large heated pool and hot tub, as well as many other amenities. A very short walk to the beach and easy walk to Coligny! The space is a tight little fit, but we made it work for us!

Great condo

We have vacationed in Hilton Head three times in similar one bedroom beachfront condos and this was our favorite. The host was great, the condo had everything a family of 4 with 2 small children could need, and the condo was clean and updated. Having the Hilton amenities was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again

Excellent property manager. Very pleasing and cozy villa. Could not beat the location. You have everything that you need around you. The Hilton next to the property is an asset as well.

Perfect place for small family! Our daughter loved the bunk bed and the huge, amazing pool! Husband and I loved the proximity to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Everything is just a short stroll away. Washer and dryer on the first floor was a definite plus! Bed was super comfy! Very clean and organized. Will be back!

Beach and Sand perfection

Great location and the access to the hilton pool was huge plus. Condo was perfect for our family of 3. Great location. The beach wasn’t overcrowded on this section of Forest Beach and and easy bike ride to Colingly plaza. Looking forward to booking again!
