turkey day stay

Small but adequate need yo disclose bathrooms are not accessible for people with limited mobility for showering no grab bars only tub shower combination access to home otherwise great for someone with mobility issue. Home is not listed as handicap accessible but driveway and home entrance was great for my 80yo mom

Great House and Great Town

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Waynesville, NC. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy. The location was perfect—peaceful and secluded, yet close to downtown Waynesville and hiking trails. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Great house in an awesome location

This was an amazing VRBO experience. The house had all the amenities and was decorated perfectly for the area. The owner communicated very thoroughly and consistently as we needed. It is one block away from the Main Street area, but was felt quiet, secure and secluded at night. Very close to all area attractions. We will definitely rent this property again on our next stay in the Waynesville area.

Very Disappointed

The home is nothing like the reviews, the back deck was covered with debris, the sofa is very uncomfortable, cushions flat & sits 6' from the TV in small room, Toilet water ran in main bath, no bath soap, shampoo, lotion like most rentals furnish, no alarm clocks, a dog was barking behind home all day long, loud trucks use this street to deliver goods to shops on Main St. dining table is usable for two, no kitchen prep space, 1st full day City workers using a backhoe made a path through back of home, & their Equip. ran on the street in front the next day, we left early, notified Host & he said he'd give a refund, but has now changed his mind, we stayed two nights, booked it for four nights. Would not return, terrible stay, I don't believe the 10 star reviews.

Cute little house close to downtown Waynesville

We stayed 4 nights here and found this charmer clean, well stocked, and located close to downtown Waynesville. There were 2 of us and I think more than 4 would be a tight fit. The description of this VRBO is accurate and the communication with the owners via text is great. We were disappointed there was no grill at first but got too busy with all the wonderful things to do on the area to grill anyway. If you’re looking for peace and quiet you will find it a bit noisy with the cars going up and down the street and too much light coming in at night. I would recommend this place for the most part. Being in Waynesville is a great opportunity.

Fall trip

We stayed three night and the this home was prefect for us. A very nice clean home with attention to the little things you might need. Also a quick and easy walk to town.

Exactly as advertised -- and wonderful!

This property is exactly as advertised: Seemingly brand new and professionally decorated. Upon our arrival we were impressed by the general cleanliness and the seasonal decor. The owner(s) clearly take great pride in the property. This was our first overnight stay in Waynesville, and we found the property to be convenient to Waynesville's quaint downtown shopping district and the many area eateries. We definitely hope to return in the late spring for another relaxing week in this beautiful property! No negatives that we can think of.

Perfect lil House

Owner was easy to contact and work with. Great location We walked to downtown shops and restaurants. Smoke detector was chirping when we arrived and host came immediately to change batteries. Beautiful decor and accessories in this new home Lots of extras provided. We will be returning
