For an unforgettable Orange Beach vacation, look no further than this Gulf-front condo in the popular Phoenix complex! The inviting living space provides comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation. An expansive balcony with alfresco dining overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The fully-equipped kitchen offers all you need to create your favorite recipes.

Take advantage of amenities at Phoenix II, including a shared outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie/wading pool, sun deck, racquetball court, covered gazebo with grill area, arcade room, tennis courts, fitness center, and private beach boardwalk.

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Please be aware that construction activity in a nearby building may result in increased noise levels. This work will occur in the Fall of 2025 and the Winter of 2026. Refunds will not be issued related to this work. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Would stay here again!

Great location, beautiful view, conveniently located, everything you need, never a wait for elevators, awesome coffee shop next door. Only complaint is that some outlets in the home didn’t work.

Perfect for family of 3

I’ve came to OB / GS over 20 times in my life. We’ve stayed just about everywhere, the Phoenix condos are always so great! Friendly for all ages, especially since you gain access to the other neighboring Phoenix pools / outside areas. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bedding, but Vacasa reached out and sent someone immediately! They made everything super easy from check in to checkout. We will stay here again!

Phoenix II vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Our only complaint was the bedroom needs darker curtains because the outside lights are so bright. Other than that we loved staying here. The pool area is nice and views from the balcony are great. It’s close enough to walk to several restaurants and a short drive to everything else.

Could use some improvements.

Booking was managed by Vacasa not an individual owner, so it lacks the personal touches we’ve had through VRBO with an individual manager. We had to request bedsheets for the sofa bed. Only 4 Towels/washcloths, so we had to wash them each night so they were ready for us the next day. Overall the room was okay for us but we will search for something else next time. Cleanliness wasn’t great. The room could use some major updates.

Needs some TLC

Perfect size condo for young family or a couple. Enjoyed our Anniversary trip away without children! Enjoyed coffee and meals on balcony when other visitors were not smoking. There are signs that state no smoking, but others chose to not follow directions. Kitchen and bath need updated. Mattress needs replaced, back pain on morning of day 3 was unbearable. Otherwise, great time and had beautiful weather.

Great view but some interior issues

The view from the balcony was amazing. But there were some cleanliness issues inside. The shower curtain and the bathroom ceiling had mold all over them. They also didnt provide us with a blanket for the couch bed, and getting ahold of anyone was impossible to get a blanket. You cant go to the front desk and get help, and I texted vacasa and they kept saying to be patient because the local managers weren't answering. So we had to go and buy one. Also the sheets left on the couch bed were definitely left from a past guest as they food smeared on them and a few black bugs and hair. We opted to just sleep on the couch instead of the bed.

Good stay

The condo was clean but the property needed a little more attention, there was an elevator out most of the stay. The location was great and our stay was wonderful.

Great Get-a-Way for 2

Everything was great! The only small issue I had was the light from the outside area of the bedroom made the bedroom so bright during the night that it looked like it was daytime. We went and bought a cheap light weight blanket to hang over the curtain. Some black out curtains in the bedroom would be an awesome and suggested addition. The size of the unit was perfect for 2. Short walk to the beach. Our visit was in September and not in the height of the summer season so it was quiet and not crowded at all. The location is perfect...close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Wal Mart. It was a great stay!

Beach get away!

This was a nice unit and had a great layout! However, they need to do a few updates on the furnishings! The sofa was terrible, the lampshades need to be replaced before the catch on fire and last but not least, they need to put a mattress pad cover on the bed for sanitation purposes! The unit looked freshly painted! The bedroom fan had dust/dirt hanging off of it! The unit was actually very clean overall!

Perfect location

The location was perfect! Beach area was super clean and put together. The condo was also very clean the only small issue we had is that the bedding was late to arrive due to the cleaners being short staffed, but other than that we had zero issues. Would definitely stay here again.
