Our 2 level LOFT style 1-Bedroom unit has a Brand New 50" Smart TV . New King Bed (RARE FIND) in Upstairs Master Bedroom along with ROLLAWAY SLEEPER. No carpet in unit. New Luxury Vinyl Plank in upstairs Bedroom. New Roku Smart TV upstairs.
Downstairs has New pull out Queen sleeper sofa and living room glider chair.
2 Bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. NEW A/C UNIT . Be sure to check TOTAL COST if comparing (not just per night rate), we cost less because there are NO MANAGEMENT COMPANY FEES. We manage and CLEAN our Condos for quality assurance.

Enjoyed our stay the room was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need i would suggest replacing ceiling fan in living room it makes alot of noise. Bed was very comfortable would definitely stay again

It was a great place to stay. Nice pool area and access to the beach was great! Kitchen is fully stocked and the place was very clean. The only negative was that the pull out couch mattress was not that comfortable, but we made it work.

The condo was beautiful. The property owners were easy to get a hold of the area was quiet and family oriented. The beach was beautiful, quiet and peaceful easy access to food and shopping. I had an amazing birthday week here.

Very comfortable. Close to The Wharf Ampitheater so we had an easy drive to a show there. Beach side pool a dream, had a great early morning swim with pool all to myself.

Did like the stay and the area. We were under the impression that beach was viewable from condo. Clean comfy and quiet. Building is kinda rundown and old, neglected. Condo itself clean, but kinda neglected as far as general maintenance. Faceplates don’t match, ceiling fan noisee, bathroom fan don’t work, ceiling paint cracking in bathroom. But enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location!

This place is in the perfect location to the beach, great food, and fun activities. The elevator near the condo was down, but the walk from the 2nd elevator wasn’t bad, and is indoors. The unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The beach is only a minute walk away, which was super convenient. The hosts are great and respond promptly!

We had a great time, the location was great. The elevator near our room was down but it still wasn't a bad walk to the working one down the hall.

Small but clean

Not what we expected, outdated and the halls getting to the room were dark and dreary.The condo was very clean though small.The view from the balcony was a view of the street, but I should have inquired about that more, I was more worried about making sure the beach was accessible without walking across the street.

Great Rental!

We stayed for two days while enjoying the coast. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo was just as listed. It was perfect for the two of us. Would stay again when in the area!

The property add things that were nice like a snack bar. Ice available. Clean, but a little outdated. Furniture seemed worn and not comfortable to lounge at night. Our room was a distance from the beach. Water standing in the parking garage when we tried to load our things. Never been to orange beach and probably won’t go back. It was pretty crowded on the beach. I like to stay where there are more shells. Not terrible but won’t stay again.
