Nae's Cozy Rest is just a minutes away from the airport, shopping plazas, supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, shops, and gyms! It is also a short commute to Baha Mar resorts and casino allowing you the enjoyment of the facilities and entertainment of the mega resorts. This townhouse comes fully furnished with A/C, washer, dryer and many other amenities(see listing). With its open concept living/dinning spacious cozy rooms, en suite bathrooms , a pool area/backyard that is very relaxing, it gives you a feeling of home away from home. My place is excellent for family, couples and solo adventurers. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance.

Born and raised on these beautiful Islands of The Bahamas I began my journey of working in the tourism industry where I found my niche. I have worked in the tourism industry for over forty years and have met people from all walks of life. I enjoy reading, exercising, swimming, cooking, travelling and meeting people from all walks of life, welcoming them to my Island and sharing my rich Bahamian culture with them.

This property is situated in an awesome location and the ambiance is very cozy. I chose to buy a property/ build a home because I traveled in this area my whole life, it is a walking distance from many stunning beaches, it was always a very quiet, clean, well kept and it is near our international airport. Because I traveled in this area my whole life I was able to see the potential growth such as major hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and many more
