New home in Paradise. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood that has some surviving homes and trees from the fire of 2018. The home is located in a convenient area of Paradise with easy access to Magalia or Chico. The home has an open concept living and kitchen area with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Mountain family getaway is as usual clean, comfortable and the host is accommodating to your needs. Definitely a 5 star property.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was warm, modern, and spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and located in a quiet neighborhood. Jen was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Top to bottom, this home checks all boxes for the comforts of home. Comfortable beds and pillows, fresh linens, big rooms with cozy furniture. there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Best vacation rental I’ve ever remted!

So peaceful, so clean and beautifully decorated and what a getaway it is for me and our family live in the area and we have such a wonderful time having them over for meals. The area is gorgeous and especially in spring.

What can I say? This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful getaway! The name truly fits the experience. Our host Jenny is the best and the property is maintained beyond any we have stayed at. It is such a tastefully decorated, comfortable and homey house. More amenities than one could ever want or need.Please don't miss out on a wonderful experience to relax, rest, and enjoy the beauty of the area. The value for the price is quite unbelievable. We plan on coming every year to use it as a base to visit family in NorCal. For those who don't know, the area has so many beautiful hiking trails, lakes, Butte Canyon, which is incredible, and much, much more! Truly a hidden gem! It's in a lovely neighborhood that is great for walks as well.Can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!!!

Another great stay at this fantastic property

This is our 3rd stay at this property and it was as good as the other 2 stays. It's a warm cozy home with a full list of amenities. Can't think of a better place to spend time if you're in the area and need a place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was all we could have asked for and more, the property was spacious and even more perfect in person! Hoping it will still be available for our next family trip to see family in nearby Magalia. Thank you for your special added holiday touches too!

Best Rental we've stayed at!

My guys travel for work all the time and they said this was their favorite property we have ever booked! Thank you we hope to book it more in the near future. Also, a very easy process to book, unlike a lot of other properties, we didn't have to hand over our first born child in order to complete the booking!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Home is always super clean and very well appointed. It has everything guests would need to feel at home. The host is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Second stay was just as good as the first time

This is the second time we stayed at this property and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Very comfortable and clean with everything in the home to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You can't go wrong with this property.

Mountain retreat just a short drive from Chico

We were in town for my son's graduation from Chico State. We were worried it was a little too far from the graduation but really wanted a place away from all the craziness in Chico. The drive was short and beautiful. We would absolutely recommend this stunning home and gorgeous town the next time you stay in the area.

A beautiful home.

We were glad to support a local person instead of staying in a big hotel. The place was very peaceful. The home is nicely decorated. Easy check out.
