Tiny home steps from the beach.

This home has everything you need for a week at the beach. Free standing small ( think tiny house) condo cottage, one of seven known as Moody Sands Villas. This cottage is 3 back from the beach. The loft area is tucked up under the roof, ceiling is low. You reach the loft via a library ladder. Best suited for older child or small adult, I love to go up there to read. Open the skylight and see hear and smell the ocean. Lay under the stars at night. There is a small soaking tub and hand held shower. Larger out door showers are also available. This home has only one parking spot, and early check in is not allowed without prior approval.

You can’t beat the location of this unit. It’s small but no need to hangout much inside with the sand right there. The property is quiet and tidy and perfect for a quick getaway to the beach.

We loved staying here! The cottage is so cute, love the tub, the parking was easy, the people were friendly, the host was very nice and accomodating, but most of all you cant beat the location! Absolutely beautiful and actually steps to the private, beautiful beach! Would love to stay again!

Very cute, and great that it was part of a private beach area. Deb, the host, very communicative, if needed. Don’t forget to bring coffee, I missed that it isn’t provided and not much was open on a Monday. Not Deb’s fault bc it is clearly listed. Loved all the unique things there making it feel more special. Just loved it!

The location and beach are amazing! To have your own private beach (share with only a few parties) is a dream! The cottage was adorable and just what I needed as I stayed there on my own for most of the trip. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful as it is directly on the beach! Adorable decor and tiny but you are able to get around. One recommendation is to only bring duffle bags or small luggage. There is no where to keep you stuff so pack with thoughts of no storage. Very fun!

Tiny ocean cottage

My wife and I had a wonderful time on or stay. Just steps to the beach, beautiful walks, quiet and peaceful. Outdoor shower is a plus.

A tiny bur adorable little slice of heaven! Loved the location and it was decorated so cute! The bed could have been a little more fresh and comfy. Overall, it was an amazing experience to stay in this little gem!

Beach view and access is amazing and can’t be beat. Room was clean and parking is as described. Each space is labeled with the number of the cottage you are staying in so you know which space is yours. The loft bed is really sized for a child. Don’t plan on an adult sleeping there. Host communication was great and we did not run into any problems. So thankful for the A/C unit which kept the room very comfortable for sleeping at night.

Awesome cottage!

We had a wonderful time. The cottage is super cute and right on Moody’s beach. It was very quiet and relaxing. Outdoor showers were awesome to clean off salt and sand. Highly recommend.

Tiny House with a great location. The cabin was filled with everything you could need for a sandy time at the beach. A true throwback to my childhood beach vacations. Steps to the ocean and what a great town at the end of the beach!

Cozy cabin steps away from the beach

We loved our short stay and the only complaint is that we wished it were longer! So awesome to walk outside and down the stairs right to the beach (especially at sunrise). We will be back!

Great little beach cottage

The cottage is tiny, so best for a couple alone or with one child. Cheerful, beachy design, about 20 feet from a private beach. Beach towels and chairs provided, along with kitchen items. Great location, quick drive or long walk to Ogunquit with miles of beach to meander.

Prime location

We absolutely loved this location. Cabin is small but works ok for 2 people.We spent so much time outside on the beach walking daily, and sitting on the Adirondack chairs every morning for coffee and beautiful ocean views.All neighbors were friendly and it was very quiet.we loved the outdoor showers.

Sweet cottage on the beach

We loved this little cottage! It was well equipped with everything we needed for 2 nights and it was right on Moody Beach. A little tight for 2 adults and a tall teen, but we made it work and it was a wonderful get away. We didn’t want to leave!
