Escape to our charming 2-bedroom cottage in the heart of Wells, Maine. Nestled just minutes away from the stunning Moody Beach, Ogunquit Beach, and the picturesque Marginal Way, this property offers the perfect base for your coastal getaway.

As a guest, you'll delight in the array of traveler favorites, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a soothing hot tub, gym, pickleball courts, bocce courts, basketball, and complimentary high-speed WiFi to keep you connected. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator and all the necessary appliances and utensils to whip up delicious meals. There is a Weber Grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the outdoors at the cottage. Unwind in the cozy living room or catch a movie on the smart TV.

When you're not exploring the nearby attractions, take advantage of the property's thoughtful amenities, such as the fitness room, air conditioning, and the provided beach loungers, towels and outdoor furniture. Families will appreciate the travel crib and the selection of games and toys for the little ones.

Whether you're seeking a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled vacation, this charming cottage in Wells promises an unforgettable experience. NOTE: Security cameras present at the exterior entrance points and by the outside storage bin. There is a 6 guest maximum per the Beach Dreams Association and the State of Maine. The Beech Dreams Association strict prohibits guests from bringing pets on the grounds. Please note that if you break these rules you will be vacated with no refunds immediately.

We loved our stay! The place is amazing, wonderful beach vibe! All the beds were super comfortable, so many extras, between beautiful spices, first aid kit, toilet paper shampoo, soap, Ziplock baggies and so much more, just fabulous! The pool and hot tub was such a nice treat after a day at the beach! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive with recommendations. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay ( 2 adults and 3 children). Derek and Julie were great hosts who were easy to communicate with, answered all of our questions and made this cottage feel like home for our trip. We loved all the decor in the cottage. It was close to many beaches and activities and the kids loved playing pickleball at the court (right behind the cottage) and swimming in the community pool. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect Stay at Beach Dreams

We had a great stay at this location. House was exactly as pictured, amenities were on point, weather was great and we enjoyed both the pool and the pickleball courts.

Great stay!

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage! Just minutes from Ogunquit and Wells Beach, and the cottage had all the amenities of a well stocked home. I would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay in Wells! The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and a really nice place for us to spend time together as a family. It had everything we needed and was a great home base for exploring Wells and all of the surrounding towns.The pickleball courts are very close, but noise was never an issue. Our kids loved the communal pool on the days we didn’t hit the beach, and the games inside the clubhouse were a fun bonus.Our kids, 3 and 8, did great in the bunk beds, and all of the beds were very comfortable, which is always a big plus when you’re away from home.And while you’re there, definitely head to Hook’s for dinner!I always think the best question when reviewing a vacation rental is: would you stay here again? For us, the answer is absolutely yes. We had a great family vacation and would happily come back.

This was the perfect cottage for my husband, son and I! It was beautiful, cozy and had all that we needed. We loved how accessible it was, to everything we wanted to do nearby. The pool was also a huge plus. We will look forward to booking again!

Great Cottage

The cottage was very clean and had everything you could need for a great vacation. The complex was great too. The location provided quick trip for the beaches and local attractions. We definitely plan to stay there again!

Great family friendly cottage

Our family with two young daughter's enjoyed our stay at Julie and Derek's cottage. The Beach Dreams complex was great, we enjoyed the pools and clubhouse as well as the beaches nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit restaurants as well. Our daughter's were very comfortable in their bunkbeds, and my wife and I were able to enjoy the sunroom during the day and at night. Definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely home

The house is lovely with beautiful beach decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was a good location, a short ride to ogunquit. We enjoyed some evening swims in the pool. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful little cottage

Stayed for 10 nights, like we do every summer vacation. First time at Beach Dreams. Love the quiet, private pool and how central it was to everything. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Please let us know what we can do to make your stay more enjoyable. We have listened to reviews and now will have laundry services if you would like them. We also purchased a full size stackable Maytag washer/dryer.

This is a perfect location close to beaches and has tons to do on the resort as well as all within close proximity to the resort.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This is great for families, group getaways, couples and empty nesters. Our property has all the comforts of home. You will only need a razor, toothbrush, food and clothing to enjoy your stay. We provide linens, towels, beach towels, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pickleball, basketball, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, K-Cups and more. We have limited time in between rentals we try to have an earlier check in then most rentals if possible so we ask our guests to wash, dry and fold the linens and towels you use and the housekeeper will make the beds and put the linens back where they belong.
