Beautiful Log home in Scenic Lake Arrowhead HOA. Enjoy 2 golf courses, two outdoor seasonal heated pools, 4 Private Beaches, ATV trails, snowmobiling, hiking fishing and so much more!
Relax in the lower level rec room that features a wet bar with fishing theme and red slate pool table.
2 bedrooms that sleep 5 with additional sleeping on 2 pull open couches and twin sleeper chair. House is licensed for 8 guest with 4 cars.
Sand Valley golf course is 1.5 miles away, Lake arrowhead also offers 2 club houses and 2 boat launch areas.
Enjoy 3 other lakes near by and 5-6 dining places all within an atv ride distance, trails upon trails make this a hot spot for trail riding. There are also fat tire and hiking bike trails. This house sits on the Rome snowmobile trail.
All new appliances and mostly new furniture, large deck and wood burning fireplace make this a great place to enjoy time with your loved ones.

The Perfect Getaway

This cabin deserves 10 stars! The place had everything that we needed for a week getaway. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen and downstairs had plenty of games to keep the family occupied. We loved the front porch where we had our morning coffee listening to the birds and the evenings we had our cocktails watching the deer come out of the woods. The owner thought of everything to help make our stay so peaceful and relaxing. We will be back in the spring.

Great spot for a golf weekend!

Glamping

Once again, a great place to stay and visit with family living in the area. Kids enjoyed the pool table and we all sat around the fire pit relaxing. Access to pools and beaches is a plus!

Outstanding Family Stay!

We loved the place! Everyone had space (6 adults + 3 children). The pool table, darts, and bar are an awesome touch! It made for a stress free trip from Colorado, and allowed all of us to focus on and thoroughly enjoy a wedding (especially the groom's mother!). We will definitely book this place again for future trips to visit family in the area.

Great Location!

My family stayed from July 31st- August 6th, 2022. We had a wonderful time at the property. It met all of our needs and then some. There were giant Legos in the basement that my daughter loved building with on a rainy day. We visited two beaches with our Lake Arrowhead passes and the public beach. The sand on the private beaches was great! The parks are also great for the kids. We saw many animals such as frogs, deer, eagles and hawks. Michelle was very understanding with all of our needs. We dined at The Mammoth and celebrated a birthday there. Definitely recommend for families and couples! We hope to return in the future.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is so cozy and tastefully decorated. Our kids loved the pool table and darts in the basement and of course the outdoor heated pools. The area is nice too with access to beaches.

Relaxing Fun Visit

Michelle was super responsive and everything went sooooo smooth!

We stayed here during a family reunion up in Rome. This allowed us to be close to everyone yet still have our own space! The cabin was so cute, clean, was everything that was promised and more! Definitely going to book for next year!

Fun area with great amenities!

We had a great time at the cabin! It's in such a beautiful area, the beaches are beautiful, the pools were so fun. The outdoor options are phenomenal. We loved evening campfires in the backyard and all the game options in the lower level made our stay extra fun. A few things that might have come in handy that weren't on hand were measuring cups, pot holders, laundry detergent, and hand soap. Families coming with kids or guests who are planning to wash beach towels etc. might think to bring those along for a more seamless stay.

Brown Bear Cabin

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our golf vacation. We discovered there was much more to do in the Lake Arrowhead area. 2 challenging golf courses in pristine condition, 2 heated pools, acouple of beaches and a dog park. Plenty of eating options within 10 minutes. Michelle, our hostess, was extremely accomodating and made the rental process seemless. Definitely recommend this cabin.

The house is in a great location if you want to be near some great golf and dining experiences. Michelle, our host, was very responsive and easy to work with.

Spring Break 2022

We stayed at this property with some family. The space is lovely & had everything we needed. The property owner made our trip easy, from check in to check out. Highly recommend.

Welcome, I am Michelle Peterson, the owner of Brown Bear Lodge in scenic adventure filled Lake Arrowhead Town of Rome WI. I personally manage this cabin and live within the HOA. I have 5 children all young adults. I enjoy everything outdoors and look forward to sharing all this area has to offer with my guest!
I own a property management company and I very well versed in what you will want and need to make your stay enjoyable. I am on call the entire time you book with me to make sure your time spent at the brown bear lodge is the absolute best it can be!

This log cabin was just renovated, all new appliances and furnishings including mattresses and bedding. The lower level bar and pool table offer a great escape for anyone looking for a fun night in. The upstairs has a wood burning fireplace with an incredible view of a pine filled bluff.
