Modern, spacious home with all the amenities you need for a luxurious stay!
The home is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and shops, offices and a 5-minute drive away from trendy Legacy West and 3 miles from the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters.
Easy access to highways and EV chargers.
The house was built recently and comes with brand new appliances. We have tried to make it a welcoming space, with everything that is needed for guests to feel at home.

LIVING AREA
The open-plan living area is upstairs, with a couch that seats unto 6 people. The smart TV is hooked up to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Board games and coloring books are provided for fun and relaxation!
KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with knives, pots, pans, dishes, mugs and glasses. There are two ovens for the chef, a gas stove and a microwave. The dining table seats 6 people.
HOME OFFICE
The office is downstairs, on a separate level from the living area, giving you the privacy and comfort you need to work from home or attend remote classes. It comes with a desk and a comfy couch. Zoom-ready background, plenty of light!
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is upstairs and has an ensuite bathroom with attached walk-in closet.
The guest room is downstairs. Both rooms have queen sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The bed linen is all Egyptian Cotton.
BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms - one upstairs, one downstairs. One half-bath off the living area upstairs. All bathrooms have new toilets and bidets. The master bath has a high-pressure shower. The guest bath has a tub/shower. Low-waste supplies in every bathroom. Sulfate- and silicone- free shampoo and conditioner.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Front loading HE washer and dryer. Low-waste detergent and softener provided.
** Absolutely no smoking on the property
** Pets allowed on approval. Please send us a note when you book your stay!

Very clean, located close to Legacy. Close to grocery, restaurants and other activities. Communicating with host was very easy and they were very responsive.

This home was very accurately depicted in the posting and the home was clean beyond our expectations. Plenty of towels and blankets were available. The host was very quick in responding to a few messages I sent him with questions.This property is in a great (and quiet) neighborhood that is close to a lot of attractions in the Plano/Frisco area. There are even a few restaurants in reasonable walking distance (and MANY just a short Uber away). Plenty of living space along with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.Dont hesitate to book your stay here!

Very clean, quiet & comfortable
The property was spotlessly clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds are extremely comfortable. Beautiful state of the art kitchen & all of house.

The property is comfortable and reasonably clean. TVs Internet connection was intermittent. Netflix was not available as listed on amenities. Air conditioning was great!

My only complaint is that the Townhome needs to have a deep cleaning. It’s not that is dirty but my opinion it needs a better cleaning crew pay more attention to cabinets and rug.

Excellent location in West Plano!
We recently stayed about a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic and close to everything and to Sam Ray. Inside is clean and spacious with enough room for guests to spread out. Located right across the street from a small dog park that made bringing pets quite convenient. We will stay here again when we return to DFW.

Athira is an avid reader and is a passionate advocate for the welfare and rehabilitation of street dogs in India. She can usually be found curled up with a good book with Fawn, our rescued Indian Pariah Dog by her side.
