Heated Pool 3 bedroom pool home 5 min from Indian Rocks Beach
Private pool house with a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and the Seminole Shopping Center. This home has been redecorated and updated throughout. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a heated and chilled screened-in pool, a private hot tub, and a gas grill. It also has a large dining table for you and your family as well as an outdoor dining area. Outdoor and indoor games are provided. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, coffee bar, beach chairs, and beach towels are also provided.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each beachfront city and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Kitchen: Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Dining table with 5 chairs and a bench that sits 2, 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, and sliding glass door leading out to the screened-in porch.
Living Room: The living room has a large, comfortable couch and loveseat, coffee table, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, nightstands, closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with a standalone shower and a door leading to the garage.
Bedroom #2: Has 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-over-full bunk bed, a ceiling fan, TV, dresser, and closet.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a door with access to the screened-in pool.
Bedroom #3: Has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, and closet.
Garage: Full-size washer and dryer and folding beach chairs.
Outdoors: The outdoor area is a screened-in patio/pool with an outdoor dining table, outdoor games, a gas grill, a private hot tub, and a fenced-in backyard.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles, and 1 parking spot in the garage. Parking on the street or grass is not permitted.

Besides being just a short drive from Indian Rocks Beach, the home is close to a vast array of retail shops, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, grocery stores, urgent care, and pharmacies. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
