This Hestia home has an open living space complete with a well appointed spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. This is an older home built in the 1970's but has all the modern comforts (just read our reviews!). Prime Location: Close to major business districts, public transportation, restaurants, and shopping centers.

🔌EV charging- 50 amp Level 2 EV charger during your stay. Please note that there is an extra charge for using the EV charger, and you may need an adapter to connect your vehicle.
🚗 Parking for 4 cars (2 in garage, 2 in driveway) - Garage is currently not available for use

Guests have access to the entire home including the very large backyard & secure garage parking. A car will be needed to drive around and there’s plenty of parking for four cars (two inside garage and two outside)

This home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mature trees on large lots, characterized by wide roads and tall trees. It feels like a modern home in a cozy country neighborhood but really convenient access to all the fun restaurants in Cedar Park & Leander. If you didn't already know, Leander TX is one of the fastest growing suburbs in all of Texas!

This home is very close to the new hospitals coming up in Cedar Park including Dell Children's North and Texas Children's Hospital. Some of my favorite restaurants in the area include Tumble 22, La Joie, The Grove Wine Bar, Phonatics, Blue Corn Harvest, Mouton's Bistro & Bar, Levant Cafe & Grill and MORE! It's an easy drive into Austin, about 30 mins so it's still a great place to stay if you're in town for ACL (Austin City Limits) or even F1 Race, or SWSX. You won't need to pay those hefty downtown prices. Our location is also close to Lake Travis to rent a boat or picnic on the shores of Jones Brothers Park.

Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the porch, exterior parking, and front door. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.

Communication During Your Stay: For lightning-fast response, always communicate with us through the Airbnb platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities, and then contact us.

Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.
Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Pest Control:
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.

Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!

Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-out requests are subject to approval and must be made at least one day before your scheduled check-out. The rate for approved late check-outs will be charged as a percentage of your nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.

To keep our home well-maintained and comfortable for every guest, we work with professional service providers. During your stay, you may notice them taking care of the following:
- Pest Control: Routine treatments to keep the home pest-free.
- Landscaping: Keeping the outdoor spaces clean and inviting.
- Trash Service: Managing waste to ensure everything stays neat.
These services are scheduled with care to minimize any impact on your stay. If you have any concerns or need more information, please don’t hesitate to reach out

All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit.

The easiest way to reach the property is by car. Conveniently located near major highways, it's a straightforward drive from Cedar Park, Round Rock, and other nearby areas. If you're flying in, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 40–45 minutes away by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for added convenience.

Veterans reunited for Memorial

We needed a central location for a group of Air Force Gulf War Veterans to gather before the Memorial service for our friend and brother that win his ALS. Vivian provided the perfect location. 7 adults were able to fit in the house comfortably. We did bring in an air mattress because they didn't all want to share beds, but that is no fault of the property owner--just grumpy old Veterans. 🤣 Highly recommend this property. Easy to get everywhere we needed to in town and very well appointed. Thanks for everything!

Corporate Rentals Austin by Hestia Hospitality LLC has carefully curated a selection of privately owned homes under the Hestia brand (she is the Greek Goddess of Hearth, Home & Hospitality) where you can really just bring your suitcase and stay a while. We love live plants, couches you can sink into, extremely comfortable beds and ultra high speed internet.

It's important to me that you have an amazing extended stay in our gorgeous homes. I've thoughtfully planned everything from USB chargers, tea kettles, good cookware and extremely fun yet relaxing designs. We are professionally managed by a female staff and we are proudly women owned and operated.

Come and enjoy all that Austin has to offer! We have famous events like SXSW, Austin City Limits (ACL), Food and Wine Festival, F1 race and so much more! The city is still small but it's constantly bustling with lots of fun things to do. Explore the caves in Georgetown, the real dinosaur tracks in Leander, rent a party barge in Lake Travis, swim in Barton Springs, go on a BBQ crawl (don't miss Terry Black's or La BBQ!) or watch the sun go down at the Oasis. If you need ideas, never hesitate to reach out!

I've have loved hospitality since I was a teenager, having spent an entire summer as an intern at an international hotel in Hong Kong as a concierge. I love meeting people, showing people around and introducing others to different kinds of food. Food & travel are definitely my love language!

I gave up my corporate life to focus on my family and this business. It gave me the opportunity to really explore all the things that I love. Real estate, interior design, technology, business development and hospitality (all the while, giving me freedom to raise my kids and be more present).
