We have negotiated a special 25% discount for all people in your group with Nacoochee Adventures and Ziplining only for our guests. You will be given a special code when you book with us. We also have an incredible and extensive Trip Planner Document that provides each guest awesome tips on everything from; where to eat and drink to wineries and waterfalls and everything in between. Most guests find that document to be invaluable for a great trip.

OUR COMMUNITY AND LOCATION;
Bearadise Chalet is located inside the exclusive and fully gated Innsbruck Resort just 1 mile, as the crow flies, to downtown Helen and only 3-4 minutes driving. Uber runs about $10 right into town or you can pay $10 to self park. We also know the free parking spots and we share that with all of our guests. Our property is the perfect mix of being just outside downtown Helen so you are close to all the action, but also not directly in the downtown area so you can enjoy the quiet mountain sounds of the woods, play some great golf and take in the long range mountain views from our multiple elevated decks. The amenities offered by the private gated community of Innsbruck are a huge added bonus; You can access the beautiful community outdoor swimming pool in season (summer), Pickleball and tennis courts and exceptional golfing, a beautiful spa, multiple restaurants and bars at the Valhalla Hotel and Resort located inside our gated community and within walking distance.

HELEN AND SURROUNDING AREAS OVERVIEW;
Helen has activities for everyone such as; endless restaurants and bars, all sorts of events through year such as Oktoberfest and The Balloon Festival, shopping, fudge and ice cream parlors, river tubing, water slides, mini golf, alpine coasters, BBQ joints, escape rooms, mining for gems, etc, etc, etc. There are tons of lakes and rivers and waterfalls and trails to hike and explore locally. Probably 15+ wineries to tour as well. There is something for everyone. Helen is the 3rd most visited town in Georgia despite having only 600 full time residents. And don't forget we also send out our fantastic trip planner document to all of our guests covering everything from check in procedures and directions, to the best restaurants and beer halls and surrounding adventure stuff to do, where to park in town for free, plus lots more.

RATES AND FEES;
The only fee we charge our guests is a low cleaning fee which is displayed when you book your stay. Keep in mind there are booking fees charged by VRBO/Homeaway which they keep and taxes are collected as required by law. We charge a low nightly rate and offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer and a 20% discount for stays of 30 days or longer.

NUMBER OF GUESTS;
***Very important - When making your reservation in VRBO/HomeAway PLEASE put in the correct number of guests in your entire group; adults, children and babies so you get an accurate price for your stay. Many people make a reservation for a couple people and then arrive with triple that amount without telling us. Please do not be that guest - Thank you in advance for respecting that!

PETS AND SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Please note we do not accept any pets, emotional, support or therapy animals due to extreme allergies/health related issues in our family.
