Last Second Adjustment due to Hurricane

We adjusted to PCB because of the hurricane. Ad was not accurate as there were only 2 BR. Property staff was rude and not friendly at all. It was as if they all didn’t like their job. Contacted property to discuss but no return message was sent. Wristbands didn’t work even when replaced 3 times. Asked for new ones at property and were told no. Not enough elevators you’ll wait a long time to get down to ground level. Will never stay at Shores of Panama again. Not a fun property.

Perfect for our Family

Our stay was great. Wanted to let you know that when we got to room there was a little hiccup. The parking pass was not there and had to get a temporary. Also, no dustpan so I was unable to sweep up all the sand. Sorry!

Classy Beach Vibes

The unit is lovely! It is clean, comfortable, and has tasteful “beachy” decor! We had plenty of space for my husband and myself, my parents, and my two children. I’m terrified of heights, so staying on the 20th floor was an adjustment!

Lovely property

Beautiful condo in secure resort. The pool and beach access were matchless and being next door to pineapple Willy's restaurant and bar made dining out simple.

Room was Nice - Resort was Hectic, not Family Friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So I want to say - overall, the room itself was great. I gave 4 stars on general condition because a few of the kitchen items (the blender and coffee maker) were dirty when we checked in and had to be cleaned, and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work for us. Other than that, it felt like we stepped into the pictures from the website.Now, the resort itself, Shore of Panama, felt like a Spring Break destination the entire time we were there. We had to wait up to 45 minutes for an elevator during the busiest times. The entire vibe of the property was 18-24 year-olds walking around in their swimsuits shotgunning beers, blasting rap music throughout the hallways and on the beach, smoking weed, and talking about all their parties and other escapades to each other whether children were present or not. I would 100% rent with Four Star Condo again, they were great. I doubt we will ever go back to Shores of Panama though.

Great Condo at Shores of Panama

The decor was beautiful, the beds comfy and the kitchen is the most well stocked of any condo I have ever rented.The location was perfect, right on the beach and across the street from shopping. Would definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was real nice and seemingly redecorated. The location was decent, however they should warn you that at times the people going to pineapple willy’s could impact entry into the lot. Property was well lit and the view amazing. The maintenance dept could use some work. Complained about some small things like a tv not working and some bulbs out, which they said would fix on monday, yet no one fixed anything. Would recommend this location as long as you are not in a hurry for and elevator. Pineapple willy’s next door was exceptional.

VRBO was awesome!

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful, decor was modern and brand new. Very clean. It's on the 20th floor and other people said during peak season this could be a challenge. We didn't experience that at all. The pool was great too! Security was pretty strict, but it made us feel safe. One trip up, they forgot to pay the electric bill and we had to move to another condo for 24 hours. VRBO managed to move us right next door. We were very blessed that could be arranged. We never did hear from the owner which would have been nice. The condo next door was awesome too!

Super clean condo, Inconvenienced staff

The condo itself was really nice, super clean, and had no issues. The elevator situation was not ideal but we knew that it wouldn’t be from reading a bunch of other reviews about the shores of Panama. Be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes to get on the elevator during mid-day. Our biggest issue was the staff at four star condo services and the staff at the shores of Panama. Our room was not provided with a parking pass so we had to drive 15 minutes to the office of four star to get it because the shores would not just give it to us and that went for anything else we needed as well such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Luckily we had a rental car but still crazy that they couldn’t bring it to us when we’re the guests. Now for the employees at the shores… rude, rude, rude! If you don’t like your job get a new one! Almost every staff member we had interactions with seemed so inconvenienced by us and we’re rude when we had questions. Overall the condo itself was the only nice thing.

The condo itself is amazing! The parking garage and elevators are busy but if you are willing to be patient and take your time it’s not bad. Great place with a great view and great pool!

Rude staff and terrible parking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was one of the nicest, cleanest condo’s that I have ever stayed in. It was well decorated, and spacious enough for our party of 8+! However, the facilities are the reason I will not stay here anymore. First of all, the parking garage is pure chaos and will literally make you want to cancel the whole trip. There are “assigned” spots, but good luck getting to the 10th floor to the assigned spot for this unit. It’ll take about 30 minutes. Second, the staff on site are rude! One attendant out front talked down to my sister-in-law multiple times until she went off on her. They’re definitely not hospitable. Then there’s the elevator situation. It’s terrible. We had access to 4 elevators, but waited at least 5-10 minutes each time we tried to use them. Because everyone was having to wait so long, they were overcrowding these elevators and it just was not pleasant. Now, on to the pool. If you have little ones, which we did, it is perfect! The walk in area was great for the 2 year olds and older kids! We could let the 2/2 year olds splash and play, while the older kids (7,6,5) got to swim and play their hearts out. My only complaint about the pool area was people throwing balls in the pool. The pools are crowded because it’s beach season, but there was people throwing balls like they owned the place. Several of our kids were hit in the head. Security did make several people put their ball away when they noticed it. Beach access was great! Overall, we had a fantastic time, and enjoyed ourself but we will not stay here during busy times again.

Great location and unit as advertised

Great clean unit in excellent shape. Everything is as advertised and in great shape. The only negative is the parking deck and elevators. It can take 30-60 minutes at peak times to get an elevator, and the parking deck is rather narrow for large vehicles creating bottlenecks to get in and out. If your plan is to arrive and stay in the area, it's perfect.

Everything was great except the elevator.

The only issue was that the entire time we were there 5 days, there was only one elevator that worked. We had a disabled adult who couldn’t do stairs, and an infant. We were on the 20th floor. We spent more time waiting on elevators than having fun.

First vacation was amazing!!

This was the first time ever going on a vacation, the booking was easy and the rental was exactly the way it looked it was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) The resort itself was amazing, nice and clean, easy access to the beach and pool, walked right out of the pool onto the beach. Had two tiki bars and a hot tub. We only stayed 3 nights but will definitely be coming back next year for a week. If we decide to come back next year there’s a strong chance we will be renting with this host again!! Cannot recommend this unit enough was gorgeous 😍
