We’re glad you enjoyed the unit itself and found the sheets and most of the condo clean. We’re truly sorry about the hair left in the showers. That should have been caught during cleaning, and we’ll share this feedback with our housekeeping team so they can be more thorough. We also understand how frustrating the elevators and parking garage can be and appreciate you bringing those concerns to our attention.
