We love the Lake Champlain area and that is why we decided to buy a 2nd home here and share it with others looking for a great get-away!

This property is nestled in the woods with some awesome lake and Mountain Views. Even better - it has lake access to a private lake that is known for its fishing. The lake is great for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, ice-fishing, snow shoeing, and X-country skiing. So much!
We are centrally located to some great day trips like Burlington, VT, Lake Placid, White Face Mountain and many High Peak hikes.
