Added in 2023 new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, all new area rugs, fresh paint, new A/C unit! On site Tiki Bar(seasonal), great location! Best beaches!!! Great location on the East End- 2 large pools (1 heated and 1 unheated). 9th floor stunner with amazing views of sunrise and sunset.

Condo was cute and cozy. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Everything was super clean. Host was very nice and even gave us a cheaper option to stay longer. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the beach view was absolutely exceptional! It was also well stocked with laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent—we were able to wash four loads of laundry and run the dishwasher twice without needing to buy any supplies. The elevators were fast and efficient, which was a nice bonus.The only area that could use some improvement was the hot water. Unfortunately, the water didn’t stay hot long enough for even one full shower, and no other water was being used at the time. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the condo.

Condo was great! Beautiful ocean view with amazing sunsets. Condo was just as stated in the listing and the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Had the best week ever!

I can’t explain how beautiful the condo is and how helpful our host was! You feel like you are in a friend’s home. The appliances were state of the art and the furnishings were comfortable and plentiful. The view is spectacular and the beach is a dream. The included beach chair rentals were the perfect touch! Made our stay so easy and turnkey. Really enjoyed our time! The only negative I had was the lack of silverware and dishes. Had to do dishes often to ensure we had enough for everyone at all meals. On vacation I’d have loved to had plenty more so that wasn’t a constant chore. But that’s my personal preference.

Would definitely stay here again!

We have been to regency towers a few times already and this was by far the cleanest, well kept unit we have stayed in! The owner made it very easy to communicate with and would love to stay here again in the future!

Excellent condo!

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Host was wonderful to communicate immediately. Definitely one of the nicest condos we've stayed in at Regency.

Amazing stay

We had the most amazing stay. We have stayed at Regency Towers a few times and this unit has by far been our favorite yet. Extremely helpful and responsive host and a wonderfully updated unit. We can’t wait to go back!

Communication and check in was a breeze! Unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a great week! We have stayed at Regency several times because we love the location and the vibe of the resort but this was our favorite unit due to the friendliness of the host, the complimentary beach chairs, the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the unit. You literally have all the comforts of home at the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful room!! Excellent Hostess.

We stayed here for my daughter’s senior trip. The room is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Our hostess was very helpful and communicative. We had absolutely nothing but relaxation and fun! We will be back!

Wonderful!

This was a trip to celebrate my daughters college graduation. We had such a fantastic time! The condo was very clean, very well decorated, and of course, the view could not be beat. The property owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Beautifully renovated with great view!

We loved this condo! Plenty of space for 4 people. Very clean with every thing we needed. Comfy beds. Great new working washer and dryer! Even had a corkscrew to open wine and K cups! Table on porch was a perfect place to eat lunch with the best view of the ocean. Would recommend!!

This condo was beautifully decorated, exceptional clean and perfect for my family. I've been renting condos in PCB for 20 years from various owners and internet sights and this is the 1st one that's been exactly as described. Also, the owner had great communication and always answered any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place

Condo is comfortable and welcoming, love the decor. We stayed out on the balcony most of the time if we weren’t out on beach/pool or gone to eat. We tried out m lots of restaurants that were close by very good. Enjoyed most everything. Elevators were packed, wait time was long. Pools were very nice lots of seating areas. There is a snack bar right by the pools.

The room was muggy

We were able to get an early check in which was nice. The layout was nice and the kitchen was cute but there was a lock on the air and the condo never really got cold, which made evrything feel stucky. We started to notice the furniture was covered in sweat stains so i put sheets over the couch and chairs. The beds are comfortable, but the pullout bed is very thin and uncomfortable. Overall would stay there again if they got new furniture and fixed the air.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you found the unit to be sticky. As with all guests our cell phone number and email are provided to remedy any issues during your stay. Without communication we had no way to know there were any issues unfortunately. We have had the air conditioning fully inspected and it’s fully operational. Our furniture was replaced in 2022 and mattresses in 2024. We hope to host you again in the future.
