We had a lovely time at this condo. I really enjoyed hanging out on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Really appreciated the 2 bathrooms to make getting ready easy for dinner dates. If you are looking a good convenient condo that is high enough to see the beach good but easy to manage stairs and close to the pool and beach. Don’t miss out on this condo.Also, the beach chairs and beach stuff in closet was plus.We will be back.

Great view of the beach and gulf. Condo was clean, not a speck of dirt in sight. Donna answered all my questions in a very timely fashion. Definitely a place I want to return to.

Great owner, great place to stay!

Super friendly and easy to communicate with the property owner. Everything was as described and the room had a great location and view of the beach. Will be booking with these owners again!

Great location with everything you need for a stay at the beach. We loved having reserved chairs on the beach. The building is on the older side which meant slow elevators but it wasn't a big issue during our July visit.

I inquired about renting this property on short notice, Donna was very responsive and extremely accommodating. The rental process was very easy and Donna even took the time to check in throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful place that is very spacious for a one bedroom, and has a wonderful host to boot!

Perfect getaway

Perfect location right on the beach. Beautiful views of the water and sunsets. Clean and well stocked condo. Great for our girls getaway.

Best View and host!

We have stayed at RT multiple times but this is by far our best experience! Our host/property manager was extremely nice and communication couldn’t have been better!

We loved this condo!

Owner answered all questions as soon as they were asked. Great location! Very clean, and it was nice having the little restaurant downstairs We will for sure be back!
