Feb 10: Association of Waikiki Beach Tower 4th floor deck renovation through September 2025. During this period there will be some noise disruption from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Excluding Holidays.

Location, location, location!! Waikiki Beach is literally right across the street!! Spend your days bathing in the sun, playing in the sand and surf!! Or cruising on the large lanai of this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo relaxing and watching the waves roll in!!

Our condominium offers a world class ocean view, full-size kitchen, private lanai, and a washer & dryer in the condo. The bedding is convenient with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and full sofa sleeper in the living room.

Waikiki Beach Tower amenities include a swimming pool and jet spa, fitness room, and pool table to hang with friends. Or have a BBQ cookout and use the grills in the outside dining area.

You'll be in the heart of Waikiki and your island adventures await! You'll also be located within walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and tons of Waikiki shopping and dining options. Sit back, relax, and enjoy all that Waikiki Beach Tower has to offer and we know it will be a place where you and your family will want to return every year. See you soon!

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note on parking, we recommend smaller vehicle to fit the height of our designated parking space. If renting a large SUV, then will have to valet (complimentary) park with hotel and use their services.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular unit on the 10th floor couldn’t be in a better location: oceanfront view of Waikiki, a daily show of the surfers, but high enough to still be quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle. The building is ideally situated just across the street from the beach and near the Duke statue, close to shopping and coffee, but at the quiet end of the beach. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Relaxing in Waikiki

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described, clean, updated with a great location. Note that the streets are busy with autos and pedestrians being that it is in Waikiki something that we did not mind. The view of the beach (which was across the street) was awesome. Check-in and Check-out was easy and efficient. The staff (particularly the auto attendants) were quick and professional. The only recommendation I would offer is to update the sleeper sofa's mattress, though usable is slightly a bit worn.Otherwise, would definitely stay at this property again.

Overall

The property and location were top notch. My only complaint is that the pool was closed for construction for some time now and we were never informed of this. A huge disappointment there.

GREAT PLACE!!!

Great place and location. Allowed us to check in a few hours early after a quick text and they sped up the cleaning to allow us in. Location is perfect to get to everything. Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Will definitely come again.

Very, very nice….except for

We were very, Very, VERY disappointed that we did not have use of the swimming pool. We feel we should have been told that the swimming pool was closed due to construction!! We may have decided to stay at another property so that we had a pool. We had planned to hang out there most days, but we couldn’t, not cool.

Just perfect

We were 4 adults and two kids. We had plenty of room. Apt nicely appointed. Beach right across the street, lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Valet parking quick and friendly. Loved the balcony. Would stay here again.

Nice place, good beach view, easy parking

I like everything, one thing freaked me out was the day i got there I couldn’t get a hold of the host. She /he didn’t email me the instructions to check in. Make me worry while i was in the 7 hours flight. I have to call vrbo to get involved. Finally they emailed to me at 9 o’clock at night for code and directions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my Aunt and Mom's first time in Hawaii, Mom celbrating her 80th! They were in Aww of the beautiful view from the Lanai. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the Lanai! The location is so convenient to the beach access, restaurants and shopping! The property is well maintained and freindly staff. They have a courtesy lounge that we used; our flight was late in the evening, after check out, that was very convenient! Our over all stay was definately a 10 out of 10! i highly recommend this unit / location!

Perfect location

Perfect location

We stayed here for 6 days in December. Apartment is just as pictured and despite the main pool deck being closed for repairs throughout our stay (which we knew about prior), we definitely enjoyed our stay. Every amenity is right outside your door. Comfortable beds and full kitchen. Absolutely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing. Right across from the beach and perfect location for walking and shopping. The condo was clean and all amenities as described. The only down fall was the location of the key pick up. It seemed very unsafe and wondered why they couldn't be picked up at the same location. One down fall was it sounded like someone was running back and forth in the condo above us and was pretty loud when it came time for bed.

Loved staying here. We felt safe. We just didn't like the pick up location of the keys. That street seemed very unsafe and would have preferred to pick the keys up at the condo. Valet staff was very friendly.
