Cute house with everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Bathroom has soap/shampoo/detergent if you forget yours. Plenty of towels, a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Cute backyard with a gas grill. Lots to do in the area and the host is very nice and quick with communication. She recommended things to do in the area. This was our second time staying at this house and we will definitely be staying here again.

I am happy to recommend "Beautiful Southern Charm" to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The home is in a great location with a safe, quiet neighborhood that made my visit feel peaceful and worry‑free. The house itself was spotless, well‑equipped, and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The best part was the bed — truly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It made every night restful and every morning easy to start. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.Sincerely,Denise

Thank you for a lovely stay! We appreciated the special, unexpected touches, such as an extra fold out mattress/futon in each of the bedroom closets. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living room for a family of 3 to have space to cook, eat, rest, and relax. We appreciated all the kitchen appliances, such as the toaster and electric kettle. We also appreciated the washer, dryer, and clothes folding table. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it didn’t take too long to get to Ashland to see plays at OSF. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

I have 110 lb. boxer he is a tall boy but such a love. Hes in his older years now so his life is a bit harder for him.
I love RVing, Hiking and sight seeing in my spare time and my favorite spot to be is on the Ocean.
I love being a host and meeting the guests & their families they all have a wonderful story to share. I love decorating and spend lots of time doing just that.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
I love this neighborhood I have been here since 2001 and raised my twin boys here who now are married and on their own. This home use to belong to a dear friend of mine and our standing joke was, “you know someday I am gonna purchase your home.”. The home has some loving memories of a great friend. I was ill and he would visit with me every day at his girlfiriends house who was gracious enough to house me when I got really ill. They both were really unique individuals and She is still my best friend.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
I poured my heart and soul into this home and some how always felt comforting to me to be here. I have fond memories of the previous owner. The house is light and bright and full of joy. It has all the amenities like being at home. Beautiful fireplace and large oversized couch you can melt into. Theres wine on the fireplace waiting to be enjoyed.
