This bright and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath cottage is centrally located in the heart of the Rogue Valley. It’s walking distance to downtown where you will find many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s 2.5 miles from Asante medical center and close to Jacksonville, an old gold mining town and home of the Britt festival. 12 miles south you’ll find Ashland, home of the Shakespeare festival. Enjoy wine tasting at the many winery’s scattered throughout the valley. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This is a great VRBO in the heart of Medford. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and centrally located within Medford. The host was wonderful. He was prompt in replying to our communications. Speaking of location, we were in town to tour wineries in the Rogue Valley of Oregon. All of the places we visited were within a 10-20 minute drive of the property. It couldn't have worked out better. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I ever return to Medford. Plus, pricing was very reasonable.

This is a great place to stay in Medford. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this house if you are going to Medford

Checking in was easy. The kitchen was especially well equipped compared to other accommodations I have rented. For the most part, the home was neat, clean and well stocked. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great Place to Stay

This was great for our week checking out Southern Oregon. The house is very well equipped as we did a lot of cooking. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved this property and everything about it. I was contemplating staying at a hotel and I’m so glad I didn’t.The house was surrounded by flowers everywhere outside it was so pretty! Indoors was very clean and very comfortable. It provided everything I needed. I was there for almost a week with my daughter because my sister had a massive car accident and was in the hospital. It was nice going to this calm beautiful little home after a busy day. Thank you, Jonathan.

Really great communication with host, who is very easy to work with. Cute little house-- and the neighbors were even super nice when we had a little car trouble at check out time!

Downtown Mint indeed!

This charming home had all the comfort and amenities a renter would hope to have and then some! The central location was also perfect for all the Southern Oregon must sees. Easy check in/out process is another plus.10/10 recommend.
