We’re very sorry, however, that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Your comments about the outdoor furniture are especially concerning, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The condition of the lounge chairs and lack of cushions is not the experience we want for our guests, and we will be addressing this promptly. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the limited dishwasher tablets and washcloths. We understand how frustrating it is not to have adequate supplies for the duration of your stay, and we’ll be reviewing our stocking standards to ensure this is improved moving forward. Thank you as well for your suggestions about indoor comfort, including additional seating options and the mattress. Comfort is very important to us, and your feedback helps us evaluate where upgrades may be needed. We truly appreciate your constructive comments, as they help us improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.
