Saturday to Saturday bookings onlyduring the summer months.If you would like to book different days please reach out to us first.Experience both the beach and luxury in this spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo at the Capris.

Located right off the Gulf of Mexico, this stunning condo offers 3,500 sq ft of an open floor plan, contemporary furnishings, high end finishes and stunning views! It is fully equipped, and fully furnished so that you may relax and focus on what matters the most - enjoying your vacation! It is located on the second floor of Capri. If you want to book anything other than Saturday to Saturday, please reach out first. It can throw off our entire schedule for the summer. We now have two more reserved spots for additional vehicles across the street at Sea Watch! No more parking concerns. This unit now has three reserved spots for the entire family to enjoy!

We loved our family beach trip. The condo was very spacious and was perfect for our group of 6 adults and a toddler. We loved the beach being steps away and the pool to jump in any time we wanted. We would stay here again!

We've stayed in many condos/houses along the gulf coast over the last 30 years and this is our favorite! The location is great, the beach is beautiful and the condo is fabulous! Comfortable beds, well stocked and spacious!

This was the nicest vrbo we have ever stayed in! It is very private and safe. The condo has everything you need and the wine in the master was a beautiful & thoughtful touch. The view is amazing! The host has thought of everything you’ll need. The beds are very comfortable! Coulda been the sea air but I slept great for the week we were there! The Crab Trap is one building over with great food. Florabama Bar just down the road. Lots of great seafood! Also visit Yumm & Twisted gelato ice cream and get it with a doughnut cone!! Vacay 2026 in the books!

Property was amazing, as listed! Few extra bonuses that were not listed were the beach wagon, umbrella and beach chairs. Toddler supplies, like the pack-n-play and toys were also super helpful! Communication with the host was incredible, very responsive and timely! Beach access was easy! Additional parking spots acrossed the street were nice. Condo unit itself was very spacious, kitchen adequately supplied, beds were very comfortable and the ICE MACHINE IN THE UNIT, OMG :)!!!!! Would highly recommend this unit and plan to return very soon!!!

We’ve stayed a few different places in the Perdido/orange beach area and this was the best by a mile. With only 14 total units in the building there is plenty of space. The beach is fantastic and the interior is spacious and more than enough room for 2 families. Communication with the host is top notch. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This condo was FANTASTIC. We had 8 adults and 2 small grandchildren. There was plenty of room and the enormous kitchen and prep area made family style cooking fun.

Consistently good

We booked an extended family vacation for the second year at the property. The accommodations are spacious and the beaches are clean and not crowded. We plan to make this our annual vacation spot.

Best’s Family Vacation

Great property on the beach! Owners were very accommodating and let us in a little early. The rooms were large and all had their own bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Views were fantastic !!

This is the most wonderful property! Capri is a great facility and Monroe's unit is perfect! So roomy for the 10 of us with lots of extras and attention to detail. Monroe is the best host we've ever had at a rental. Such a great communicator. We hope to make Capri 102 an annual destination.

Perdido Key Condo

Great property for family. The pictures of the condo were accurate. The property managers were very responsive on our needs. The location was great. Would definitely visit again.

Had our annual extended family vacation for the third year in a row here. The condo is spacious and comfortable with great views and beach access. Indoor and outdoor pool were clean and never too crowded. Host is responsive to any minor issues that might come up. Highly recommend!

Annual beach vacay

Wonderful week at the beach with family and friends. Our condo was everything we had hoped it would be . Clean , accommodating and well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect access to the beach ! We would definitely stay here again .

Hands down the best

Everything is excellent about this property. Supper clean, plenty of space and amazing views. The owner is really easy to communicate with and takes care of issues immediately.

It doesn’t get any better than this! Capri 102 is spacious, beautifully luxurious, and perfectly equipped. The host, Monroe, graciously and quickly answers all questions, provides three parking spaces, and is super attentive to all possible needs. Windows are floor to ceiling and wrap the condo in incredible ocean views! What’s not to love? Perfection! We’ll be back!

Great Family Unit

Awesome views, easy beach access, nicely furnished and comfortable bedding. Hosts were very accommodating & easy to reach. Parking may be an issue with only one reserved spot during peak season but there are alternatives.

Our happy place

This is our 3rd year at Crescent Tide and let me tell you, it gets better and better. Monroe is the BEST host! It has become our kids and grands favorite place to be and we are already planning our summer vacation for next year. Thank you for hosting us once again.

Perfect location and exceptional hosts!

Perfect condo for a large family. Lots of space to spread out. Overlook the pool from your deck and enjoy the ocean view. Quiet beach with limited crowds. Hosts were great communicators and reponded timely. Nicely decorated. We’ve vacationed at the gulf for 25 years…this is one of the best units we’ve rented. We will be back.

Nice condo in great location with lots of amenities

This is a nice condo with amenities such as indoor/outdoor pool and gym. Owners and rental company were very hospitable. Condo was well stocked and even had beach equipment and extra bedding. All appliances were in working condition, which has not been the case at Capri for other units we have stayed in. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend.
