The house was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed, and having all the toys and extras already there made the trip even more enjoyable. We were able to settle in and start having fun right away. Great place, great setup, and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was even more than we expected! Access to the beach is within a stone’s throw, though we spent most of our ‘water time’ in the beautiful private pool.The host was very welcoming and eager to ensure that we had everything we needed.We would definitely stay here again and again and again!

This was the best place at the beach we have ever stayed . My father has cancer and we were making a very special trip for our memories where we could relax , focus on the simple things and enjoy the bay and the beach . Here we were able to do all of these things for the most special trip together! So accommodating and very clean . So much for the kids to do !!

Property is steps away from beach AND has a pool on the bayou! Clean house with excellent communication with the owner and host.Most importantly ALL beach items were there in garage for our use!

What a fantastic beach home! It truly has everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked so no need to bring any cooking tools from home. They have every beach item you could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful and full of entertainment! The beds are very comfortable. You are just steps from the beach and it feels so secluded! The pickleball courts are really nice and the house has extra paddles and balls. The teens enjoyed hopping on the paddleboard and kayaks and cruising around. The communication with the property manager is super easy and clear. They have thought of everything and make it so simple to just show up and enjoy your vacation!

This place was a 10/10 on every level! CleanEasy check inSpaciousALL THE AMENITIES! Fishing right off the back boardwalk, private access to the most beautiful peaceful beach, ice machine for our ice chest, pool/spa... just to name a few! Parking was so easy, A/C was cold, quiet neighborhood and the customer service was amazing! We really were able to enjoy every bit of our get away! Will be booking this place again!

We spent a week at this house celebrating our 30th anniversary. The house is one of the best ones we have stayed at in Florida. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the walk on the beach daily and then hanging at the pool in the evening. The dock was nice for the adults who loved paddle boarding and kayaking. We had a beautiful view of the lunar eclipse from the hot tub. The house was beautifully decorated, has nice big showers and in a quiet location. Literally you don’t need to bring anything with you this house has everything. Perdido Keys was close to everything and if you’re looking for a house book this one.

We had the most amazing stay at Beach Breeze!! This newly remodeled home is absolutely beautiful! They have literally thought of everything with all of the amenities!! The kids and adults in our group loved the kayaks and stand-up paddleboards! And, how fun to have a private sand volleyball court, putting green, ping pong table, and pool table!! We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing patios!! And, even with it being in August, you’re able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze that comes across from the ocean!! I love all of the amazing seating they’ve provided on the pool deck and patios! The house sits in a great location with a very short walk to the uncrowded beach! We were super thankful for the great beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon too!The house is decorated so beautifully and the beds are comfortable too! There’s no shortage of anything that you’ll need! They’ve included the best of the best with this house!! If you have any golfers in the family, it’s a quick seven minute drive to Lost Key golf club, which is a public course that won’t disappoint! That’s coming from an avid golfer in our family who is use to playing on a nice course back at home every week! Lastly, Lindsey and Eric really go above and beyond to take care of their guests, which we really appreciated!…..A for great customer service! We can’t wait to come back!
