Dirty, limited kitchen utensils, no cleaning supplies

Within the 1st 24 hrs after check in we found THREE LIVE COCKROACHES! One on the roof that flew and landed on us, one in the downstairs bathroom, and one crawling on the floor in the living room. Disgusting! There were no cleaning supplies at all. No broom, mop, vacuum cleaner! Nothing to keep the house clean while there. The walls were stained and dirty, the floors were dirty, so much so that when we were barefoot in the home our feet were black with filth! The toilet on the main floor was detached from the flooring and made a horrible noise when you sat on the seat. All of the toilet brushes were filthy, stained, and had mildew on the brushes and in the containers. None of the mattresses had fitted sheets, the flat sheet used kept slipping off which left you laying on the dirty mattress! The blinds in the main room were broken and wouldn’t close. The closets in all three bedrooms had ONE hanger for clothing. We ended up having to purchase hangers on our own! The furniture was stained and dirty! There was a broken floor board in the rooftop and no cornhole boards that was mentioned in the listing. I would definitely NOT recommend this property to anyone! Absolutely disgusting and NOT worth the price we paid for a “designer home”.

Beautiful Home and Awesome Location

Beautiful and spacious home. Very comfortable and the location is fantastic. It’s off the beaten path enough that there is plenty of available street parking if you have an oversized vehicle with you, but it’s an easy walk to The Gulch and a 5 minute ride to the downtown area. Very generous host leaves plenty of name brand toiletries and has high quality hand soap at every sink.

The condo was great. The tv was our biggest disappointment. It was hard too get something to watc...

I recommend a key pad on the back door in the garage. We loved everything about it.

Location was great-walking distance into Gulch. Reasonable distance for a walk to downtown Nashville. Pictures of townhouse are outdated - most likely from 2017 when established. Some updating, touching up should be done. 3.5 baths were great as well as 3 bedrooms. Allowed for personal space as well as gathering spaces. Overall a good experience.

Just like the pictures

The space is as beautiful as the pictures show. It is spacious and comfortable. There are some minor details however, that need to be addressed. Some of the furniture in the living room is stained and a few pieces of furniture in the bedrooms are wobbly. The garage opener did not work the entire length of our stay (even after it was serviced at our request). If these details are addressed, I would give it 5 stars.

Great location

Our group of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights. The unit was very clean, and as described. The rooftop deck is huge. This location is in walking distance of The Gulch, and an easy Uber ride to downtown activities. We did encounter a problem with the AC not working. Although Turnkey was responsive, they were unsuccessful in getting this repaired during our stay. Renters should be warned that this unit is not handicap-accessible, because it has 4 levels, all of which have stairs leading up. It is also listed as sleeping 8, but that is assuming 2 people sleep in each of the full size beds in the 1 bedroom. 6 adults can easily be accommodated. I would be apt to rent this unit again if we travel back to Nashville. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location

We had an amazing stay at this place! We came for a couples trip and it had everything we needed. A bathroom connected to each room was a plus. It’s with walking distance to the Gulch and a quick uber ride to Broadway. The last night we just had drinks on the rooftop and it was perfect! Definitely planning a trip back! Wonderful townhome for a group

The rental is awesome. Just far enough from town to relax, but close enough to everything to Uber inexpensively. Furnishing are comfortable and we especially loved the roof top patio. This company does a fantastic job of communicating before, during , and after your stay. Great management company. Our only downside is the road noise in the downstairs bedroom. Cars are pretty constant, if you are a city dweller this is probably not an issue. We would stay here again! Christmas in Music City

I had a wonderful experience with TurnKey vacation rentals. The property met my expectations for the most part. Clean, easy to access, and great location. My only `heads up` to other guests would be to know if you plan on cooking quite a bit, there was absolutely no general spices (I had to buy salt and pepper) and limited cleaning supplies. I had two trashbags. For COVID safety reasons, I stayed in the home and rarely left. This required lots of cooking - which I love. I just had hoped the home would be more equipped with the basic kitchen necessities. For another example, there wasn`t even a pair of scissors to use for items purchased and not even a pen in the whole place - to write down the things I needed to buy! A little frustrating but not a deal breaker. Other than that - LOVED my stay and would stay here again. Customer service was superb! Dissappointed

Great location and cleaning crew was great. Most ill equipped kitchen ever. literally 9 drinking glasses and that included wine glasses. Wall are all scuffed and handprints. Nashville Trip

Great place for three couples

This rental was perfect for us and the other two couples who joined us. It was walking distance to the Gulch region which has many many restaurants and clubs. The main Broadway and Ryman theater area is a bit of a long walk, but doable or a short 5 min Uber ride away.The condo itself has everything needed with 3 comfortable well equipped en suites. The kitchen and living room area is huge and open so everyone can chat and connect. The best is the rooftop patio. It has great views of downtown and is great to sit on in the evenings when it cools down. There are many stairs to climb 3 flights to get from garage and bottom floor bedroom to the rooftop, so be aware of that if you have mobility issues. Additionally, read the instructions carefully for getting to the garage for the condo. It is not intuitive and if you plug it into google maps or similar, you will not be able to pull in properly. Great house for a Girls weekend get-a-way

This house was great for a weekend trip for 5 best friends. The house was very clean. Toiletries were provided. Beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion for the owners would be to update the included appliances. I couldn’t find in the listing what kind of coffee pot was supplied. We were planning on getting groceries prior to checking into the house. So, I reviewed the house photos and saw a drip coffee pot on the counter in one of the photos. So, I purchased coffee and filters. Upon arrival at the house, I found a Keurig coffee maker that required coffee pods. This was a little disappointing to not have fresh coffee the dust morning. Nashville vacation

A very nice town house and in a great location, the views on the terrace is beautiful. Accommodations in general is great. Clean and Comfy

There were 4 of us staying in this 3 level condo, (4 levels if counting the rooftop patio). More than enough space and there would be plenty of space for the 8 people it has beds for. No problem parking for 4 cars. dIt is just a $7 Uber ride to downtown Nashville but I suppose if you are ambitious you could walk! There were plenty of towels and toiletries if you don`t bring your own.We had a great few days in Nashville and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone, as long as they can manage the stairs. Spacious home with clean and comfortable beds

This place was awesome! There was plenty of room and the rooftop was a bonus. The decor and finishes were really nice and the location was close to everything! It was nice to have parking too. The walls and some furniture were a little beat up, but the place was very clean. The beds were so comfortable! Nashville bound

Beautiful property, convenient to the Gulch and downtown. Lots of stairs, would have like to have known. I was traveling with someone who had recently had hip replacement and I myself had shoulder surgery. We left our suitcases in the living room to not have to carry it up another flight. Terrific Condo in great location

Townhouse was well equipped, clean and a short walk to the Gulch area of Nashville with bars and restaurants. City center was a short 5 min car ride away. Rooftop patio was a bonus. Great townhouse with lots of room!

We loved our stay in Nashville! The townhouse is beautifully decorated. And very spacious. All of the bedrooms have great beds and linens and each room has its own bathroom. It’s a great space for couples or like us a girls weekend. The rooftop is huge and has beautiful views of downtown. I would say that though it is very close by car to The Gulch it is not walking distance. Especially in the summer heat.
