We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close enough to Nashville to enjoy everything the city has to offer, while still being in a quiet and relaxing area. Communication was easy, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

This is a fantastic location, just a short walk to Broadway. The unit is beautiful, clean and features a great rooftop patio. The owners are incredibly accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, Easy Parking, Easy Entry, Very Clean (except for a few food/drink items left from previous guests). Great Rooftop. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Coffee service was appreciated. Comfortable beds and towels too. Was great to have the security of the garage to park in.

This property is amazing. The host stayed in communication with us. Great location from all the things but not too close so you don’t have all the noise and people traffic. This property had all the things for you to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back.

The host was very welcoming, and provided all needed information well ahead of our arrival. The location was very good, far enough away from Broadway Ave. but close enough for it to be walking distance to all the attractions. All 3 bedrooms having its own bathroom, and a 1/2 bath in the common areas, is a big plus for this vrbo home. 3 balconies, and a rooftop terrace, are also a big plus for this home!! We would highly recommend this vrbo home for anyone wishing to consider it!!

50th anniversary in Nashville

This was the sixth time that we have stayed at a VRBO property. All were nice, but this one was outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone going to Nashville!

Great location with easy walking to Broadway, Printers Alley and Germantown. Jon was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The unit appears to be an investment rental property, so it lacks some warmth and care that could take it from 3 to 5 stars. My group agreed. Not looking for the Four Seasons, but property managers who take care of this property are missing some details that would make you feel like you’ve picked the right property when you arrive. The property is in need of some love and updates.

The guest provided no feedback to us before leaving. This property was remodeled less than a year ago, and all other reviews should be a better gauge for status than this one. The home is exactly as shown in pictures, as described, and everything provided is detailed. It’s unfortunate that guests leave bad reviews based on their opinion of what a home should be, instead of reviewing based on the listing and the accommodations provided. My advice to anyone expecting four seasons type accommodations is to stay at the four seasons. If you’re looking for a place with an unbeatable location that provides everything in the listing, our home is right for you.

The unit was clean and stocked with useful items. The only situation is that the second bedroom on the 3rd floor did not have a dresser to use and the closet was difficult to work in. The second bedroom bath lighting needs to be brighter. The first floor bedroom is very small. It would be difficult for two adults to use. There are two flights of stairs. First flight leads to the kitchen/dining and living room. The second set of stairs leads to two bedrooms. This is important to know when staying at this property.

Thank you for the feedback. In response, the pictures of the property properly show this as a 3 level townhome, and show stairs as well. The lights all have dimmer switches, so the brightness can be turned up/down based on the visitors desires. The bedroom without a dresser has a large closet with hanging racks and storage shelves. The bottom bedroom was not used by these guests, but it is as shown in the pictures and contains a queen bed and closet.
