We got in very late like 0230, ready for bed and they were all comfortable and clean, bathrooms were clean. We really didn’t spend much time here except to sleep so we couldn’t get the TV to work but I wasn’t going to bother our host so late for that we went right to sleep anyway. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, The Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Music Row. The Opry is a short drive. Overall it was great!

Off street pareking, clean and close to downtown. We were able to walk to Broadway without a problem. They beds were crazy comfortable. Open floor plan and size were perfect for a party of 4 with plenty of room for a larger group of 6 to 8. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Its not walking distance to downtown but it was a short quick drive in a vehicle. Location was clean and had all the necessities for a long stay.

great place to stay… close to downtown . convenient; very clean and perfect amount of room for the 5 of us We had a great time and would definitely recommend if you are planning to visit for a few days

Property is filthy and very run down. Beds and couches were horribly uncomfortable. Mold and rotted wood in bathroom. Microwave situation is ridiculous, clearly the original broke and the attempt to fix was garbage. Property needs a paint job, walls and baseboards are beat up! As if all of this wasn’t bad enough, we found a dead roach under the bed! I would definitely not recommend this property! The pictures look beautiful but the reality, not so much. I regret not noticing the photos other guests took before I booked property. Upon review during our stay they show these issues were present long before our stay and were never addressed! Completely unacceptable accommodations!

Loved this home. Clean and quiet location. Just a quick ride to downtown and was about a 10.00 ride to downtown. The owner communication was excellent when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again. The check in and out process was easy and fast.

The property was fantastic. Pics didn’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 6 guys to lounge around after hitting up Broadway. Check in process was delivered very well in an email and straight forward when we got there.

Great stay!

Close to downtown and other popular places. Clean space. Hot water. Nice kitchen. 10/10 recommend! The only issue was figuring out how to lock the door when leaving for the day.

Great location. 10-15 Lyft rides to Broadway strip. House fit our needs. 4 adult kids (20’s) plus parents. Could use more seating in living room but we were out most of the time anyway. Easy contact and fast response from owner. Unrelated to property……parking in downtown area and near Broadway is approx 30-50 day. Lyft was a better option for us.
