First time couples night out

Nice location not far from the city and away from crazy traffic. The stay was lovely, felt like I was at an away home I been wanting to get back to. Definitely would come back to stay here on my next vacation!

Beautiful little place walkable to great neighborhoods

Clare's place was wonderful and very cozy. We felt secure in the house and he bed was very comfortable. Clare was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

I had 2 days visiting to NOLA and found this place. The house is new and in great location (only 3 blocks to St Charles streetcar) and it's safe to walk home at night after long day in downtown. The owner promptly responded to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this house if anyone visits NOLA.

This is a great option when visiting NOLA. Easy check in and check out process. Keurig coffee maker is a plus!. Only thing is to remember to bring bath toiletries as host does not provide shampoo or soap. Otherwise very great stay and we would stay again!

Nola spot

This was perfect for my husband, my 3 yo, and myself. Just 3 blocks off the main uptown parade route. Secure parking available and gated house. It’s in a neighborhood that’s being restored, we felt safe but weren’t out late other than after parades. We didn’t have any issues and had several close by places for food. Would definitely stay again!

Cute place

Cute and very clean-everything looked practically new. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and nice little kitchenette. I was a bit disappointed by the location-there was a neighbor who stayed up till the wee hours of the morning playing or DJ'ing music on his front porch across the street. He was very friendly but his music went a bit late. I would recommend paying for the parking.

A Lovely Place

I enjoyed my stay at this suite-like room on the East side of NOLA. The place was clean, organized, secure and spacious. It has more than what you need. Having a washer/dryer helps you to conveniently travel light. It is 3 short blocks from Charles Street and to the nearest streetcar stop. I loved the place because it was away from the busy-ness of the western part of the city and gives you the experience of "living in NOLA". Clare, the host, was great. She was responsive and answered all my questions. She provided concise and reasonable instructions on what to do at check out. The check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend the place!

Tradeoffs

The property itself was very clean and well stocked with close proximity to the Magazine Street and the convenience of the Saint Charles Streetcar. However, it's important to note that the neighborhood can feel a bit dicey at times, depending on your comfort level. We were woken up by a couple arguing loudly on the street at 5 am, right outside the property. Additionally, on a Saturday night, a neighbor played very loud music until 3 am. Like any place, there are tradeoffs. If you're willing to embrace the quirks of the neighborhood, this vrbo offers a nice place to stay within walking distance of various activities. Just be prepared for the occasional disruptions that come with the surroundings.

Family Ski Vacation

Positive: Home is tucked up in the west Vail area which is a good location depending on the time of year and what you are doing. The property was large enough to accommodate all of our needs for 5 people comfortably. Kitchen was great for food prep and serving and the grill for cooking out. Great fireplace with plenty of wood for cozy evenings with family. Communication with host was good as we got close to the dates of arrival. Negative: If you are using this for skiing it is not on the bus trail which i feel was not communicated well at all and there was no communication to our inquiry early on. The home could use some maintenance especially in the kitchen pertaining to the tiles. Dishwasher needed to be mounted more securely because it was falling forward. Some simple work would make a big difference. Overall, we had a nice experience as we always do in Vail.
